Found Sonart Construction on Nextdoor after my AC unit decided to take a permanent vacation, and I work nights so dealing with construction stuff during the day is a NIGHTMARE. Checked their reviews and they looked good, so I called them. They were SO fast. Like, seriously fast response. I was just freaking out because, you know, being a nurse, I need my sleep, and the house was getting super hot. They came out, assessed it, and got it all sorted. Huge relief. Saved my sanity, honestly. For an affordable Contractor Davie, they really came through when I needed them most, like, 3 AM and hoping someone would call back...

Trying to find a reliable Contractor company Davie after moving into my first apartment was surprisingly tough. I called two other places first, and honestly, it was a nightmare. One never even called me back, and the other gave me a quote that was just ridiculous for a small construction job. Then I saw Sonart Construction had really good reviews, so I gave them a call, and THANK GOODNESS. They were so much better! Super professional and actually listened to what I needed. They fixed the weird sag in my ceiling and redid some loose flooring in the bathroom, which was a HUGE improvement. The communication was excellent, and they even finished a day early. The new floor in the bathroom feels so sturdy now!

Update: Having previously utilized Sonart Construction for a rather extensive roof repair, I recently engaged their services again, this time for a complete overhaul of my guest bathroom. Finding the best Contractor near Davie can be quite the undertaking, and I confess I'm not the most adept with online searches.
