They have a good inventory, but in terms of a business servicing another business. They are EXTREMELY SLOW. As a business owner, expect to lose at least half an hour on waiting for them to pick out the product.

Went in trying to find a fuse that I had no luck with at four other stores and was helped by Rodney. He was very friendly and took the time to help me to identify the fuse correctly. No other place I went to went the extra mile to help me like Rodney did. While they didn't have the exact one I needed(it's an uncommon size/rating) on location he was taking steps to order it next day if I had wanted. I really appreciated the professional and friendly attitude of the staff here and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for electrical supplies.

People are nice but they don’t pay the tri city workers enough money. They underpay for the amount of work you do in the field . People in the office get all the money and they will replace you if you don’t like it . Unfair company .
