I bought a house with rhino homes in 2016, Mario and team helped me at all times, until today they have been there to help me with what I have asked of them, I am interested in using their services again today for a new construction home. What excellent people and a great team with attention to detail and customer service!

This builder has consistently failed to meet construction deadlines and appears to have significantly if not intentionally, overestimated his capacity to complete the project on time, resulting in substantial delays.

Unfortunately, Mario and Estefan of Rhino Homes are pleasant until the don’t want to deliver what they promise. They also cut corners in so many places, it’s incredible they call these luxury homes. Buried in the details and not fairly shared during purchase was a swamp in our back the effectively makes our yard unusable. We are still trying to get things fixed after a year in a new construction home.

Rhino Homes and their team were fantastic to work with. They gave me the flexibility to customize my home and throughout the entire process they communicated and executed on the build out of my new luxury home. If you are looking for a Luxury Home builder in South Florida, Rhino Homes is the place to go.

Rhino Homes… just WOW!! This has been an enormously rewarding experience. Our new home is spectacular! The sheik modern look is exactly what we wanted. We appreciate the level of detail and the quality of the construction. Appliances and design choices were the right fit for it. Working with Mario and his team throughout the process was great and we could tell the genuine joy they have in their business. Too many problems/defects (walls that aren't true, inferior detail work, whitewashing throughout, miswired electrical, plumbing leaks, lack of seals throughout) to list for a new home. The inspection report was longer than homes I have purchased 10+ years older. The developer is an amateur using mediocre subcontractors at best, and will not look out for the interest of owners. Worse, the developer is unethical (will lie straight to your face). Buyer beware. Demand and read all agreements, governing documents, easements, etc. before purchasing. Put everything you expect in writing. 100% of owners in our development are highly dissatisfied and are seeking legal counsel to address many outstanding issues. Should Rhino Homes address the defects within our home and those within our community, I'll update my review. Until then, it is a hard DO NOT RECOMMEND.

BUYER BEWARE. Our experience with Rhino Homes has been the worst home-buying experience we’ve ever had. Not only did we have delay after delay, but once we were finally in our brand-new home the problems began. Broken doors, missing cabinets, MAJOR drywall issues (we had multiple areas redone), TERRIBLE craftsmanship throughout the entire home, no attention to detail, no customer service, and no sense of urgency to make things right. Not to mention we aren’t able to use more than half of our backyard due to drainage issues. The list can go on and on but you get the idea. The developer has broken all trust and left us feeling like we made huge mistake.

I purchased a new construction home from Rhino Homes in 2022 before the home was fully complete. I could not be happier with my purchase and decision to work with Mario and his team. For over the year my family and I have been living in the home, the Rhino team has been responsive and helpful with anything that pops up. I am currently working with them to buy another new construction home for my parents, they are amazing developers here in South Florida.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rhino Homes. Mario and Estefan were excellent to work with and extremely professional. They were both very patient, helpful and responsive. They would get back to us all hours of the day and night with any questions we had. Estefan was our project manager and i cant begin to explain how incredible and helpful he was. He made our home building experience so much smoother than i ever imagined. We were expecting our 1st child and time was of the essence.. everything was done sooner than expected. Just wow. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did and would highly recommend them to anybody.
