I’ve been using Dry Concepts for years. They have always been very professional and do a marvelous job. The gentlemen that pick up and deliver the rugs are very professional and very nice also.

Mike was absolutely great. We had a bad mold situation: Mike came out promptly, reviewed our options, and explained the different steps required. They were able to do the work even though we live out of state, and adapted as they discovered more of the problem and we changed our plans. Mike was proactive and professional in his communications, so we were well supported every step of the way. I highly recommend his team.

I've know the owners for many years and refer them ALL the time. Now I needed them and quick! I purchased parsons chairs on Facebook marketplace. They were in good condition but I did not know the Seller had a cat and my husband is very allergic. There was also a small lipstick stain on one of the chairs. I called Mike Jatoft right before Thanksgiving to see if they could squeeze me in to clean these chairs- otherwise I think my husband might have left me! They were able to come to my home the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and clean the chairs thoroughly. The lipstick stain is gone, the kitty hair is gone and my marriage is saved! The entire crew at Dry Concepts is professional from the owner to scheduling to the crew. I will continue to recommend them for fire, water, mold restoration and now upholstery cleaning!

We had a small water leak which caused red dye from a blanket to stain my hand knotted (expensive) Persian oriental rug. They were able to remove the stain which was approx 10" x 2 ". The cleaning also provided a vibrant new look to the entire rug! Thank you!
