Top Dog Pressure Cleaning was referred to me by a friend who said they did a great job on their roof. With that I called and spoke with Carly to schedule the service. She was friendly ,professional ,appreciative of my call and had great follow up. Yesterday Matt arrived at my home on time and he too was very friendly. He transformed my dirty grungy dark roof back to its beautiful rich original colors and it now looks brand new! (REALLY!) I can honestly say over the years of getting my roof cleaned it never looked this good! His work was thorough , conscientious , not rushed & caring to create another satisfied customer.( which he did!)
And his clean up afterwards was incredible. You could tell that he takes great pride in his service as if it was his own property he was cleaning. My experience with Top Dog was extremely satisfying from my first call with Carly to when Matt pulled away from my home yesterday afternoon. Top Dog cleaned up the pool screened enclosure, the house, the sidewalks and all the pavers. Their attention to detail, the communication throughout the process and follow up after their work was complete was all done professionally and was very thorough. After reading the other reviews we decided to go with Top Dog Pressure Cleaning. We needed our Spanish tile roof cleaned (it was black) and Carly and Matt showed up on the date promised and were very professional. They are an amazing husband and wife team. We also decided to get our driveway pavers and back patio cleaned for a very fair price. Our roof looks FANTASTIC, restored back to its original beautiful orange. The driveway and patio also came out great. I would highly recommend them for any of your pressure washing needs.
