I called for an estimate. Was told that someone will be at my home the same day. Never showed up. Said they will be there the next day still didn’t show up.

Came to do an estimate. After hired he told me a date that he was starting. I waited a week after the date he told me and never came, texted or called. Truly disappointed.

Called for a quote, and they showed up exactly at the time they said they would. Communication was stellar leading up to the completion of the project, and the job was top notch and the pricing was fair. Planning on using Emmanuel Lawn Service for future projects.

I called this company to service my lawn, because of the great reviews I've seen online. Edwin (I believe that was his name) answered the Phone and asked to come to my address on the same day to give me an estimate on the cost. He come over and I explained specifically what I wanted to have done. He accepted the job and we agreed on the price. He scheduled us for the next day. Some of his men arrived the next day at a later time than we anticipated, and began the job. They didn't know what they had to do. It turns out that Edwin sent his men, instead of being there with them. They knocked on our door when they were done to get paid. We reviewed their work and told them that they were not finished. They were upset and wanted to get paid, so that they can go to their next job. We pointed out what they did wrong; They even mowed around a weed thinking it was a plant we placed in the middle of the lawn. We explained that they had to cut all of our hedges and they just slightly touched some of them and said they were done. They were going to leave without cleaning/blowing away the leaves and grass debris and picking up the old palm leaves. We made them clean up after themselves. We immediately called Edwin to complain and he apologized for the level of work his men did and promised to come back to see what was done and to correct it. He never showed or called to rescheduled. Don't do business with this company, unless you want mediocre work done!

Mr. Edwin is a scammer. I made my payments with self-payment, so 2 months passed before they charged me and they never showed up. I called him to get my money back and he never answered the messages or the phone again. I do not recommend this company at all

Super reliable and knowledgeable, fairly priced also. They do a bunch of different thing from us, from moving the lawn, and paver pressure cleaning to outdoor up lighting. The best!!

Set them up to come once a month to edge my entire yard . They did it the day I sent them up and never came back spoke to him and they said they would come the next day and never did. Had 3 other neighbors that were going to set up full lawn service with them. Extremely disappointed .
