Top notch customer service. When I first got my house cleaned the staff was extremely professional and warm. I was disappointed by the cleaning but they stayed true to their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and had the team clean the house again. I was still unfortunately disappointed and they informed me that the cleaning needed was different than they initially thought. Thankfully they brought a different cleaning team and did a much more thorough cleaning. In the end they definitely stood by their word and I appreciated them following up on my concerns.

Luz and Katyusca were amazing! They came the same day I reached out and did a deep clean in 2hrs! Will definitely be a regular client now!

We been use cleaning service from this company for 3 months, then our office move to other location, we been paid three times cleaning service for further date, when we call them and tell them the new location (from Plantation move to Sunrise), they said they can hold those three times service use for new location for two month, but when we call one month later, they said they can't do the service anymore, even they owe us three times cleaning service, because they can't do service for different location (which is never mention before), they even don't do the refund for the service we paid!!

First, and foremost I rarely write reviews. However, NG Solutions Cleaning services deserves this review. They have been cleaning my houses both past and present for two years. Honestly, I am not good about remembering to set appointments. As a new mom, and student I rarely have enough time in the day. EMILIO has been my saving grace. He answers the phone with a smile, offers great customer service, time savings, and value. He has even come to my home to ensure that I am satisfied with my service. If you need a great company to come clean your home and or office call them. Trust me it is more than worth it.

I've been a happy customer for more than 10 years and highly recommend them. I get standard cleanings on a regular basis and I've just finished renovating and the place was a mess. We hired NG Solutions to clean our business and from the first interaction they were very professional and detailed. The crew who cleaned our store did an unbelievable job! My mom passed away and we had to get the house ready to be sold . NG came out and assessed the area and gave me a price. They did good work however they more than doubled their bill when they were done with the job. I was trying to negotiate however they charged my card and then did not answer my calls. They are good but beware of their assessment verses their actual cost!

Pedro and Elena were precise, detailed and quick in their service. I appreciated that they asked me questions when they were unsure of something as they were easy to work with too.
One suggestion I would make is that the cleanliness booties worn should be blue not black as the black booties left a mark on the floor. The mark was cleaned by final mopping but why work harder?

I hired NG Cleaning Services to deep clean my mother’s house that I was moving into. It hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time and I was very happy with the job that Norbelly and her colleague did. I told them the rooms and areas I wanted focused on and they did an amazing job. Fatima was very responsive in providing a quote for this house and also for the apartment I was moving out of. I will definitely consider booking them for regular cleanings once I’m settled with my move.
