They came on time, carefully assessed the fabric and determined to dry clean the upholstery rather than wet clean. My furniture looks much brighter and cleaner now and I recommend them highly! The person was very neat.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They had the courtesy to call and give me a heads up that the gentleman scheduled to do the cleaning was running a little late due to traffic, which I appreciated very much. When Jeff arrived he was professional in every way. He worked non-stop to get my sofa, chairs and ottomans clean and looking like new. I highly recommend this company and was delighted with the outstanding results!!!!!!!

The service personnel arrived on time. He was careful around the furniture on the carpet he was cleaning and did not spray water on fabrics. He did a very thorough job and the carpet looked great! He was clean, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The carpet was never wet and soggy. It was ready to walk on in about 4 hours, heavy traffic areas took longer as expected, but did not cause us a problem.

Mike J & his team - including Eli & Leo - are SUPERSTARS. I live in Deerfield Beach & due to a screw up with the bldg venting system huge moisture came into my place and over time turned to mold….all over. Many many rooms impacted and my place is just 1200 s/f. I was forced to move out - very unhealthy to breathe in mold as all are aware. EM Inspections came in and identified the walls where spore counts were way beyond safe levels and Dry C remediated (carefully & efficiently removing any problematic areas). I shopped around checking prices and reviews — and there’s a very significant variance. Dry C was very reasonable. There was A LOT of work in my small place. It’s a horrible feeling to have your home with huge mold and all you want is to get home and see if your place can be livable. But Dry C got it all - EM confirmed it and my place (after the wall rebuild and painting - that was done by Pablo Sotelo) is now great! Mike J - fantastic to work with and uber-responsive day or night. The Dry C team spoiled me. I’m very grateful. If anyone needs mold wisdom ..reach out to me…it is not simple! I learned more than I ever wanted to do know about how to address a mold problem. There’s LOTS of players involved (a GC can probably handle but you’ll pay a big premium and the GC will likely be less sensitive to pricing out alternatives). Dry C’s remediation is a big big part of it - and, one more time, every aspect of Mike J’s service is absolutely stellar!

Great company and they do an amazing job! Anita in the front office is a peach and the entire process of booking all the way through to completion was seamless. We had all of the drapes cleaned in our condo and they look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company!!!

I have a pair of white boucle accent chairs that over the last couple of years has accumulated some dirt. I was really reluctant to have these cleaned because I was afraid of damaging the material. I took a chance and called dry concepts and I am very happy with the results. The tech was very friendly and did a very thorough job. I am very pleased with their work.

Overall they are very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job. The is my first experience with such a service, I did find them to be very expensive compared to other quotes I received, but my building has strict rules on contractors, specifically around liability insurance and I needed to get this done quickly. If not for those constraints, I probably would have picked a company that quoted 40% less. But I have no other complaints.

They were able to do the work even though we live out of state, and adapted as they discovered more of the problem and we changed our plans. I've know the owners for many years and refer them ALL the time. Now I needed them and quick! I purchased parsons chairs on Facebook marketplace. They were in good condition but I did not know the Seller had a cat and my husband is very allergic. There was also a small lipstick stain on one of the chairs. I called Mike Jatoft right before Thanksgiving to see if they could squeeze me in to clean these chairs- otherwise I think my husband might have left me! They were able to come to my home the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and clean the chairs thoroughly. The lipstick stain is gone, the kitty hair is gone and my marriage is saved! The entire crew at Dry Concepts is professional from the owner to scheduling to the crew. I will continue to recommend them for fire, water, mold restoration and now upholstery cleaning!
