Air Pros (Davie)

I requested a maintenance service explaining my AC is on top of my home, needing a special size letter. They charged me immediately $199, the service was never done because of the ladder. The initial call and dispatch do not communicate and blame each other. I’m requesting my refund it’s been 3 days and no one calls me. I spoke with a Supervisor Dan and he does not answer my calls. They are not professional.
If you have good customer service why have you not contacted me ?

Horrible experience with this company. We were originally with Jack Rabbit Air, and they moved to Tampa from what we have researched. They were a fantastic company. When they moved, it seems, they sold their business and phone number to this company which was a terrible mistake.

We called them because the pan in our air conditioning was slowly filling up, and this AC is less than two years old. A man came out from their company took a photo with his iPad, and said it’s going to cost $383 to fix this problem which was to just clean the drain line (a small pvc pipe no longer than 6 feet). Additionally, he said it will cost another $383 to clean the coils. he didn’t even bother opening the face of the air conditioning to see the coils! We told him thank you and sent him on his way.

This company seems to be robbing people with pricing because we ended up getting our drain line cleaned for $89.

Shameful.

It was a mid July Florida day and my A/C went out Ugggh! I had a tough a/c problem that needed to be solved. This problem involved a compressor failure (under warrant) replacement initially and later we would find an intermittent fan motor. It took a couple visits from two technicians to get this one solved. After replacing a compressor it seems the fan would run for a while and then quit. Myles the technician showed up right away and repaired the compressor promptly. He was patient, polite and explained the payment options to an always reluctant landlord (I am renter). As a renter I am usually the guy with the lowest priority. The repair was accomplished and the a/c was cooling. Unfortunately, after he left the fan motor fan stopped a few hours later. I called Myles and the Air pros dispatch center and much to my surprise they sent another technician named Matt sometime after 6:00PM. Boy was I glad to see this guy in a mid July South Florida day. He said he spoke to Myles and he too and then reasoned out the second problem. This time the flakey fan was acting up when Matt was there. Luckily he had the parts on the truck with him. The repair was done quickly and I am now one cool dude again. Thanks Myles and Matt for showing up and getting it done in a day with minimal drama. Amazingly, this whole thing was done in one day.

Steve
