Very happy with the service. Called and tech arrived on time, very friendly and easy going. No pressure hype. I needed a NEST thermostat installed, a UV light and a bi-annual maintenance done. All good. I am happy and will use them again as needed.

Called for a quote from several AC companies this morning. Steve at Cooling Experts was by far the most helpful in providing me a fair quote over the phone. I sent a few pictures of the issue and within an hour we agreed on a solution and pricing to repair the problem. He beat the other companies by a few $100 dollars. Hours later and I have cold AC and a happy family. Thanks again guys for the quick response time. I highly recommend Cooling Experts.

My A/C stopped working, I called a few companies, but Cooling Experts were the first ones to respond. They came within 2 hours. Tech was very professional. Right away he performed inspection and gave me a free Estimate on what had to be done. Price was reasonable, therefore I agreed to do the work. My Service Call Charge was waived with repair. He had my AC up and running!

They provided great service to my dual A/C units just a day after calling them. Their technician Paul was very thorough and even wiped down all the ceiling vents after exchanging the filters. And he made suggestions to save me money over time vs. the previous company I was using (Ex: using $4 bottle of Clorox to add to the unit vs the expensive Solution that the other company sold me!!). My HVAC started whistling as if an alarm was going off inside of the unit. I called my regular ac company and they did not get back to me. It was 87 degrees in my house and I looked in Angies List and decided by customer stars to ask for Cooling Experts estimate. Within 5 minutes I received a call and after explaining situation, a repair person was dispatched immediately. My repair person was here within 1/2 hr and found issue within five minutes. A couple of hours later and I am the coolest person in Florida! Thank you Gilberto. Thoroughly professional and extraordinary work.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but this one is warranted. Cooling Experts was a pleasure to work with. They helped me navigate through the new waters of condo ownership repairs / replacement. All of the contact that I had with them was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pascal & Steve made suggestions that helped me understand and make equipment choices that I am comfortable with. Cherese and Angie got me through the paperwork and permitting process. Yeremy and Jonathan handled the removal and installation with obvious knowledge and experience. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Cooling Experts was the only company available for an after hours emergency repair. They arrived in hours instead of having to wait days.

That was years ago, and I continue to call them for preventative maintenance and the rare repair. Every technician has been prompt, knowledgeable, and clean.

The few times that a repair was necessary, the technician clearly explained what the problem was and what my options were along with a clear quote of the work.

Leadership at this company is from the top down. Steve has expectations of quality and service and has established this throughout his company. Pictures before, documenting service needs and explanations of what is required with clear values of charges. Pictures of work completed and follow up with confirmation of satisfaction. Even the smaller details are addressed. It’s not easy to find a service provider as committed to their personal and professional reputation as Cooling Experts. I can honestly say my mother will need her 18 year old well maintained unit replaced soon. I will call Steve and his group at Cooling Experts.

I heard the bearing on our fan motor going bad for some time. It finally seized. I solicited help on Homeadvisor and had several companies reach out but when I provided my self-diagnosis of the problem, most didn't want to follow up or provide an estimate. Cooling Experts was the only company that provided an estimate based on my diagnosis and were available immediately. They confirmed motor was bad and replaced at their stated cost. Apparently the other companies prefer clients that don't have an idea of how their systems work so they can be oversold service/product. We are renovating our home soon and going with Ductless. Cooling Experts won my trust and will be doing that work for us.

I have been paying for a service contract with Cooling Experts for multiple years. They were at my house a month ago and were supposed to service my AC unit so that it would keep up with summer heat and be in good condition for next 6 mths. I have my AC set to 70 and my house has been in the 78 to 80 range for the last day. I call to get them to come out and they tell me I am going to get a service charge. Why would I be paying for 6 mth service intervals if the service doesn’t cover the 6 mths. I could understand if they came out and charged if my AC needed some repairs but not for a service appointment. I am very disappointed with this service.

Here are the details of my experience.
We were without AC so I called Cooling Experts and they sent a technician out. The tech acted like he didn't want to do the job anticipating rain. It did not rain at all. Next, he stood outside for about 1hour stating he had to call his boss and then came back and said his boss stated he could not do the work anticipating rain. Two hours in and still no rain. He was so eager to get the diagnostic fee than fix the problem. After the diagnosis he came back stated my upstairs unit need a coil replacement and down stairs need leak repair and he would not warranty anything because of the condition of the unit. The charge just for the leak repair $1590, wow and upstairs he said that Monday they will call me back for the coil estimate. They never called back and left us stranded with no AC. When I called them after the tech left I mentioned that I needed the estimate for the AC coils and the guy ask why I need that for, and I said because I paid for an diagnosis which includes the full estimate but received partial information. They never returned the call or provided the full estimate. Needless to say, they charged me $197 for a diagnosis and no follow up. I searched for another company “All Year Cooling” and they were so professional, they came out and assessed the problem and provided a real solution. They did not charge me an diagnosis fee at all and they were so professional we bought the downstairs and upstairs new unit which came with a 10 year warranty parts and 5 years labor. I am a realtor and I will never recommend Cooling Experts, never. Let's just say the price for a brand new unit condenser upstairs and compressor downstairs, was not even the amount it would of been for the total repair. Never judge a book by its cover and treat everyone with honesty and respect. This is my recommendation to anyone thinking about using Cooling Experts, don't do it.

Ashley, in their office, answered immediately and scheduled a technician for early afternoon. She later called to let us know that the technician would be delayed as his current job was taking longer than expected. We really appreciated her follow-up. The technician, Oscar, was not only friendly but efficient. As always, we were totally pleased with service and results!

Someone I trust referred me to them. I'm super glad I asked! I've used them four times so far including servicing two different locations and even removal of a walk-in freezer. I've met several of their employees, and still not sure who owns the company. It's hard to tell since they all take ownership!

first off I am literaly shaking with releif because the heater was dead for 3 freezing nights and i thought my cats would turn into ice cubes, but then Terry from SunnySide Climate rolls up, kinda early, honking like crazy so i knew it was him. he stumble up the stairs with a toolbox that looked older then me, i got nervous, but he smiles big and says “dont worry we’ll make her purr again.” and i just busted into tears, yes real tears, cuz nobody else even called me back! he dove into that crusty furnace, wires everywhere, kept muttering lil jokes, burnt his knuckle and still laughed. twenty min later WHOOSH warm air blowing like a desert wind, my glasses fogged up. he even scribbled a note telling me how to clean the filter so this nightmare wont come back, plus he refused a tip, like what planet is he from?? minor downside, he left a dusty footprint on the rug but honestly i might frame it lol. absolutly calling them forever :)
