I contact the company (Jim) to clean a storm drain on my property. They came to inspect the location and quoted me $350 to complete the job and said the work can be done the next day. I gave the check to the tenant and expected them to arrive the next day, which the did not. I followed up with few emails and phone calls and got a reply after more than a week that they are sorry and that they could not complete the work due to the rain. I was ok with it and took their word that they will complete it once the rain stops. They did not. I followed up few times after, where they promised to come, asked for the tenant phone number etc. They never showed up. Normally I would not be so persistent with a company that offer such a bad service but I was out of town and the tenant was asking about the completion date. I contact them again and got a new quote of $800 even though they visited the job site before with a lame excuse that the drain is hard to get into, the fact that they need to dig the sand out (which is a complete not true but whatever...). I agreed to the new price but they still have yet to show up. this is 60 days after many calls ,emails and promises. Once I returned home, I contacted another company and got the job completed for less, they arrived the next and it took 45 min to complete with out any issues with the location or digging. Personally I would never recommend them as they are certainly very unprofessional.
