I recently purchased a new home for myself up in West Palm Beach in the historic district. A few weeks after living in the home, our drains just were NOT draining properly.
Now, I should preface this by saying that I, myself, am a contractor... So I know a thing or two. But i'm not a plumber, and I decided to call the professionals in as this isn't my area of expertise.
After FOUR no call no show plumbing companies, I finally managed to get 3 different plumbers to actually show up. They did a 5 minute "inspection" and said I needed a full re-pipe to the tune of 15-20k - depending on which plumber I talked to...
Which I might've done, had they done a real inspection. But they barely even looked at anything. That just did not sit right with me.
Enter Jackson Plumbing. He was the ONLY ONE who took the time to physically crawl through the crawl space under my house. After a thorough inspection, he recommended about 2000 bucks in repairs. Gave him a deposit on the spot.
Work began the next day. The guys were on time, had a great attitude and worked their butts off. All while taking the utmost care to keep my house and my property clean. They even finished early. They worked late, and got the job done, water back on in 1 day instead of 2. I waited a lil while to write this review. But it's been months and my plumbing is better than it ever was, STILL! I was beyond impressed with these guys and I will never use another plumber ever again. Thanks again Jackson Plumbing!

Chris was awesome! He came out the same day that I called, diagnosed my toilet issue quickly and even showed me a few useful pointers for future reference. The price he gave me was better than the other plumber I normally use so I will definitely be calling Chris from now on. Overall, I highly recommend him!!

He was prompt to the appointment and did an excellent job of reconnecting everything under my kitchen sink (after getting new countertops).Best of all his price is affordable!

Jackson plumbers was professional and quick service. The first call was for my kitchen sink, faucet, wet bar faucet and bathroom sinks. They were done perfectly and reasonable price charged. The 2nd time was to replace my other bathrooms sink faucets and shower heads...unfortunately the part for the shower stopper took him like 2 hours to find it, so the price was much higher then I expected, or i would have given him a 5 stars.

Needed a plumber and found Jackson Plumbing online. Chris was very polite and courteous on the phone and even friendlier in person. He showed up on time and fixed our plumbing issues, and was very affordable. Would definitely recommend Jackson Plumbing.

I think Mateu and his co worker were great. they appear to have done very good work, however the current project is still on going, so time will tell. The overall price of the repair seems enormous, but that is the problem with most of our present economy. Again, I could give a better overall report when the project is fully completed. From the physical technical aspect you guys are wonderful.

As a small business owner myself, I understand that importance of google reviews to remain relevant. And that is why I am please to say that these guys know what they are doing. Alex was hands down a great help to a little issue I had with my plumbing. Very knowledgeable, very kind and courteous and gave nothing but respect and excellent service. They came in a hurry and left my toilet like brand new. Thank you again, I highly recommend this to anyone who is having any plumbing issues.

Water heater replacement. The Customer Service / Sales teams were excellent and offered a fair price and next day installation. Mike arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take to complete the job. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.

They arrived on time which was great. Our plumber accidentally cut an adjacent pipe and then charged us extra for the material to repair an error that he did. I don't think he should charge for his mistakes. We also had to give him advice on fixing issues that were next to the major issue by asking him to replace a larger section of the pipe. I feel like a good plumber would have offered that to begin with to prevent us having future leaks. You should waive the show up fee ($59) if someone decides to contract you, especially if they live nearby. Also, they charged $10 for a coupling that costs $0.83 at Home Depot. Something to consider.

Great experience. Robert arrived early, was knowledgeable, explained the plan and got right to work. He was professional and polite and we would definitely use his services again.

They arrived earlier than expected. Did a meticulous job on two bathrooms. Made sure the area was clean when complete and multiple tests to make sure the work they did was completed. Very happy with the service. Price reasonable. Will definitely use them again although I hope I never need to.

They came to my house immediately and diagnosed the clog in my kitchen sink. It’s was massive! Brian was hard-working and extremely polite. He even gave me tips on how to avoid this from happening again.

Brian was a very responsible and knowledgeable gentleman. He did the most thorough job we have ever experienced with this very troublesome toilet. We will certainly use Joe Hillman plumbing, again, and we will absolutely request Brian East’s services, as well.

Robert Vazquez did an excellent job. He came in saw the problem and replaced the value in no time. And just to be proactive we had him replace the one in the guest bathroom. I would highly recommend Joe Hillman plumbers. We have used them before for a different problem and that was fixed as well professional.
