Carly and Matt did a great job power washing then sanding and sealing our circular driveway and front porch pavers. Carly explained the process as well as what sealer(s) to use and gave us options. Price was great. Definitely recommend, don't bother calling anyone else.

Unbelievable. I had no idea that my roof was that color. I thought it was grey. Nope it was a beige. Matt was awesome. I also asked him to to the sidewalk and the stains from the black olive tree are gone. I didn’t think it was possible. He also did some of the small areas that I usually do even without asking. He is well worth it. Call them.

I have used Top Dog for more than 10 years now and without fail, they consistently do a fantastic job. They are responsive and communicate very well - uncommon these days. They are so easy to recommend!!!

Matt was awesome. When I got home, I would’ve sworn he had painted our roof white, that’s how great it looked. Total attention to detail. I have put them on my schedule for twice yearly now and will always recommend them to anyone who wants to hear about it.

We just had our old travertine pavers pressure washed and resealed. Huge difference - they look like new. From getting a quote to completion of the project was done professionally and with great communication. They did what they said they would do when they did they would do it. The price was very reasonable.

We just had our driveway and patio pavers pressure cleaned and sealed by Top Dog. The patio came out just gorgeous. Before the job, the pavers were faded and looked old. Afterwards, the color of the patio was completely restored and the pavers looked new. The owners Matt and Carly are a pleasure to deal with, and they are some of the most conscientious and reliable people you will ever meet . Thank you Top Dog for a job well done! Lately it has been difficult to find professional and courteous individuals. My first conversation with Carly showed the level of professionalism. I needed to pressure wash my roof because it will be painted this week. I was shocked when she told me that Matt could come on Mother’s Day Sunday. Matt came yesterday and made our house brand new. I was in a awe when I pulled in the driveway. The house was renewed. I would recommend Carly and Matt to everyone that would need their services. Their customer service and dependability are top-notch. Keep up the great work.

Highly recommend using Matt and Carly from top dog! Very professional and do a great job! It’s hard to find a business that actually cares and not just throws down a product on the drive way and collects a pay check. Matt and Carly took the time to make sure they sealed my drive way the right way. It had been raining lately and they actually took the time to make sure the drive way was dry and even had a leaf blower going to make sure every last spot was dry before applying the sealer! I am so happy I trusted Carly’s decision on what type of sealer to use it looks great! Great job!

We hired Top Dog, Matt and Carly, to pressure wash our metal roof, front and rear patios, and exterior walls and I thought I came home to the wrong house. They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and showed up when they said they would. Also they were accommodating as far as scheduling was concerned as we did have a tight timeline.

Superb!! Matt was able to remove about 40 years worth of dirt and well water stains from my driveway in less than an hour. It honestly looks brand new! We have a large corner lot and the price was more than reasonable. Combine all that with excellent customer service, and we will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

Everything about this company is 5 stars!!! The scheduling, service, friendliness, price, and cleaning are all EXCELLENT! It feels great to be able to support a locally owned business that does excellent work. We now use ONLY Top Dog for our pressure cleaning needs and have already referred our Mom for a "soft wash' on her shingle roof. The before and after pic says more than I ever could. Run, don't walk to use them.

I am a repeat customer leaving my first review for Top Dog. I contacted Carly to set up a repeat pressure clean and seal of my pavers over the phone. We were scheduled within a week so I can move my belongings off the patio and Top Dog can fit me in. As dictated, it was a two day process so there is ample drying time after the pressure cleaning. Matt was meticulous in regards to the final outcome and in the care of my flower beds, rocks and pool. Matt, Carly and family will be earning my business for years to come and I will continue referring them.
