COVID clean up and fogging. We found out on a Sunday night that one of the workers in our facility tested positive for COVID. I called ServPro immediately on Monday morning and within an hour someone was at our location to clean and spray the offices that the infected person had been in. The quality of service and response to our urgent needs was wonderful. Sharon in the office was extremely professional and the first time we used them she explained the products and sent documentation to ease our concerns about chemicals. I will definitely call Servpro for future needs. Thank you.

During Topical Storm Eta our home in Boynton Beach sustained water damage to part of our drywall. I was recommended to Adam Greenstein at ServPro of East Davie and Cooper City by our insurance agent, a long time family friend. Adam promptly returned my message and offered an appointment time for the next day. He thoroughly inspected our wall and ran a mold test that contrasted the mold counts inside our house and compared that to an outside reading. A couple of days later he emailed the lab's report which fortunately comported with his visual finding of no mold problem. It is rare to find this kind of service and professionalism and I would advise anyone suspecting a mold problem to call Adam.

The workers were knowledgeable and very considerate of our frustrations because of the mold we had in the house. .The mold was not only in the walls of our bedroom, but spreading through our A/C system as well. Everything was cleaned out. Including the ducts. The job took quite a while because we had to wait for things to dry, but when the job was finished, it looked like it never happened.Thank you ServPro..

We had a water hose burst behind our kitchen cabinets. There was a lot of flooding on the floor and in the cabinets. Servprov came that day and found the problem and temporarily repaired the hose. The person in charge explained ahead of time what they were going to do, and helped us through this very terrible kitchen disaster. They started drying the area and removing the damaged walls and cabinets. The workers were fast, neat and very knowledgeable. I was so happy I called them! AF

OMG if it were not for these people we would have been in huge trouble. Adam answered the phone right away and was empathetic and kind, but also professional. We had doubts about the cost and process but he put our minds at ease. The crew who did the cleanup was fast and friendly and before we knew it, the fans were on and we were on our way. They worked with our insurance company seamlessly and TBH this was the smoothest claim situation I have ever been in. Kudos to ServPro!

Had standing water damage in a rental house from Hurricane Sally and decided to call ServPro. The crew from ServPro that came out assessed the water damage and put together a good plan to get the house dry and free of the damage. They communicated very effectively and did exactly what they said they would. I thought the cost was reasonable and I would use them again. It was nice to not have to worry and stress about the water damage when they took care of it so well.

In my office the ac pan in the attic was knocked over and a considerable amount of water came thru the ceiling tiles and all over the walls and floor. We cleaned up what we could, called SERVPRO of East Davie/Cooper City. They were very responsive, came right out, and set up fans and dehumidifies right away. So sorry I can’t quite remember the names of the two young charming Latin guys that came from Cuba and Venezuela. They were both professional and efficient. They treated the small area under a sink where there was a leak before.
I was given a prior estimate and though it was a fair price. The plywood underneath had to be removed and will need rebuilding but they clean and removed the damaged parts.

I can't say enough about this ServPro! They were extremely courteous, professional, and best of all speedy! Sharon the office manager was always easy to get in touch with and ensured I was taken care of. Adam, one of the owners, came and personally performed the assessment. He took his time to thoroughly investigate my problem and answer any questions I had. Something unexpectedly came up before the remediation was to be performed but thankfully I was able to get in touch with Adam over the weekend and he immediately rescheduled the job for the following day. His crew was also very professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. This ServPro lives up to their motto of "Like it never happened!" Thanks again guys!

We had a water leak in our house so we immediately called Servpro. The team brought in dehumidifier machines and started the mold remediation process. Servpro also helped with the insurance claim, and took much of the burden off our hands by working directly with them. We also contracted them for the remodel of our bathroom. Yoandi and his team did an AMAZING job with the demo and reconstruction of the bathroom. It came out even better than I imagined. It was so beneficial to have 1 company do everything from remediation to demo all the way through a beautiful new bathroom. Highly recommended!!

Very professional, friendly company. Since there were insurance issues, I chose to self-pay. Adam helped to work with me to keep the cost reasonable. The crew, led by Yoandi, (project mgr.?) were skilled and efficient. With the commercial equipment used, they did well to mitigate any mold issues and dry the carpet and underlying pad. Kept the damaged area in the living room walled off with plastic sheeting and cardboard to protect the brand new carpeting.
