ProServ America gave me a price over the phone then they came to my house it was the same price including the installation and permits. The installation was done right away all permits. The installers were very nice and professional I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional, scheduling appointment was quick and easy and sales rep (Jay) was extremely helpful with choosing the appropriate size unit. Technician was professional and fast. Overall experience was positive. Would recommend if you're in the market for a new AC.

My Air conditioner went out today and my house was unbearably hot and humid. I have a 4 week old daughter in my home so you can only imagine the panic I was in. I called Proserv and spoke with the office staff which were very understanding and were able to send someone out within 2 hours!! Turns out I had a bad contactor. There service technician had one on him and was able to get my system up and running in one visit! I will definitely use them again and refer them! They’re quickness, professionalism and compassion is amazing! They even called me an hour later to make sure everything was still running smoothly! They truly care about their customers!

I called them today for an estimate and spoke with the owner directly! He walked me through what ac would be best for my house and answered all my questions and concerns. They were able to acquire the unit and install it all in the same day! Installers were professional and neat! Proserv is a great company!

Last month my unit was leaking water. I called another AC company and they did a drain line cleaning at that moment. After a couple of days the unit started leaking again so I decided to call a different company to see if they could find the real problem, I had so many issues with this company in the past and it was time to try with a reliable company. When I called Proserv America, the office staff was really nice, even when they told me the schedule was totally full, they found an appointment the same day. The technician came and he realized the drain pan was broken and that was the real problem from the beginning. He explained to me that the part was under warranty and gave me a really good price for the labor replacement plus the drain line cleaning. I’m supper happy with the service because they resolved a problem that I’m dealing since more than a year! I will definitely call them back!

Proserv America made an amazing job doing my dryer vent cleaning today. From the moment I set up the appointment with the office, staff was efficient and nice. Then, the technician double check that everything was working properly when the job was done and now I’m so happy with the results. Highly recommended.

First let me start by saying they are the most friendly and accommodating company to work with. My A/C went out and in this heat I was frantic, they scheduled me an appointment and had me up and running in know time. The service guy was also very friendly, clean and efficient. Could have not asked for a more pleasant experience. I would definitely use Proserv America again if I needed to and I would highly recommend them. 1st class company!!!

I can’t thank Proserv America enough for the promptness and professionalism. I contacted them on a hot Saturday morning as my a/c broke down overnight. They immediately dispatched one of their technicians who showed up within half an hour and immediately detected the issue and worked to get it repair quickly. Yan was very knowledgeable and went over everything that he worked on to help us understand the problem - don’t hesitate to call them if you have a/c, ducts problems. They are professional and will get the job done!

I arranged for my air conditioning to be serviced with Pro Serve America and was very satisfied with the service. They performed the service to the unit and I was charged the price I was quoted. A+++ I cannot say enough good things about Proserv America. From the first call to the receptionist all the way to the technician, I received top-notch customer service. What stood out was their knowledge and professionalism. This is a company that takes pride in their work and it shows in the results. Proserv has done 2 replacement A/C installations for me now . They do excellent work at a fair price . Technician Marcello has done both installs and he makes sure that everything is done correctly and neatly. Jesus and the rest of the Proserv staff are friendly and extremely capable in their jobs. 5 stars all the way around! Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Over the past 8 months I have utilized the services of Proserv America. September of 2018 on a Saturday evening with the heat index around 100 my ac failed. Within 45 minutes Proserv America was at my home and had my ac working within 1 hour. In an effort to be proactive I recently had my ac tuneup and the technician pointed out that I had a faulty capacitor that was destined to fail. Most recently I utilized their services to upgrade my duct work to improve the air circulation. These services were not cheap by any means, however they do quality work using quality parts. Can you really place a price tag on peace of mind? The technicians are professional and respectful and I believe that you get what you pay for.

Homeowners beware! Under new ownership and not the same company a few years ago when Jesus owned.

Inexperienced techs and major negligence that caused damage to my existing system with no accountability. Will no show no call in middle of project. Will threaten to lein you house and will not show itemized invoice of work. Not transparent at all and bad business practices. Lawsuit opened up on proserv America for the following:

1. We over payed with initial deposit and removed some not started scope work during project after no show and after techs could not calc correct surface volume and CFM for return ducting. They thought a 20" return duct then going to 14" is not bottle necking. Requested refund after I calculated thorough breakdown of current labor and materials charges. Instead they said we owed more, way more. We asked for itemized on how they got to a single line item number. They refused.

2. Stopped project when we found they were defrauding us and only blew 4-6" (most 4" less then 5" and not a even level... at random height) of insulation. And other areas completely not blown at all. R30 is spec in south Florida or any hot climate and each Inch is apx R3. FYI Apx 10" is R30 and standard in S. FL. Any insulation install company quote 10"+ or at least the 10 companies we called. We had at best half that. Techs insisted 5" is acceptable for R30.

Provided ample chances for them to correct the out of spec and refused.

3. Techs negligence damaged existing supply duct work by stepping on duct work, crushing duct work, and nicking insulation with work boots.

Proserv- You do not hire a new tech as an emplyee that has zero experience in HVAC AND never has done attic work, let alone be 6'-2"-4" and 300lbs+ to do duct/attic work.

Again, no ownership or taking responsibility for negligence, refusing damage was done by techs when it was caught on video!

In addition to all of this, every day they were here they broke something that we had to fix at our own time and expense. Every single day.

1. Mis calculated a ceiling opening for a return duct. It fell right into a light fixture. Had to replace not just that light fixture but all light fixtures in hallway so they matched the smaller footprint and style since we couldn't have the larger size anymore.

2. Knee or otherwise pinched the thermostat wire in ceiling against metal stud bracket sheering cable and breaking wire. We realized when AC turned off. We as homeowners had to wire trace and tone out cable to find broken cable and then splice the cable temp to then run new wire. Kicker is we had a spool of thermostat wire for when we put in our own ac unit but techs gave us theirs as they felt bad. We got charged for the cable.

3. Stepped on and busted copper waterline to refrigerator. Again blamed us and said it was existing. Mind you if we didn't turn off the water as fast as we did (1.5min) the water damage would have been so severe water would be leaking from the ceiling to ground and likely the drywall ceiling caving in.

Won't even go into extra charges for things they did as we could not get an itemized invoice to even break it down since they refused to itemize and decided to be shady and not transparent.

Def lookout and do your own due diligence and vetting. I did but it was done a few years ago on initial quote of project and shame on me for not realizing the ownership change.

After meeting with to many AC companies I chose Pro serve based on rating and quality equipment offered at a fair price. The installation was well done . The maintenance is included and so far it’s been two years and it works great. Good techs

Proserv America was referred to me by my neighbor who used their services to install a new AC unit 5 years ago. Her referral and high praises was something that I remembered upon meeting her and was truly glad I held onto their information. My AC unit had been giving us trouble as we purchased our home a year ago as is and knew that it would go within 2 summers as it was the original unit. Well the time came and I called their office after hours around 8pm I believe, as this was our 3rd night sleeping in 86 degree temps after experiencing a bad leak. I left a message and I was given a call back within 10 minutes. Jesus was the awesome contact at Proserv America that returned my call and walked through the servicing and install from beginning to end. I appreciate Jesus for allowing us to make the best decision for our family for ourselves. I was able to make an appointment that night for a new install within 2 day. Jesus and his team were excellent, hard working and appreciate them for their service. I have nothing but good things to say and will continue to recommend their services when asked! CROOKS! They lure you in with a low price then they come and don’t fully fix the issue so you can keep calling them to come back and pay each time. They FULLY replaced our A/C system, and 6 months later the A/C stopped working. When called and informed them that its still under warranty, they refused to honor the warranty and even tried to make us pay for the tech just to come out and diagnose the issue. Terrible company! No honesty or integrity whatsoever

I called Proserv America for an estimate when I needed to replace my AC. I spoke with a very nice lady from the office who set me up with an estimate right away. The sales man came out to give me an estimate and was very professional as well. The price he quoted me was the same as they advertised so we set up the appointment to have the AC installed. The installers came to my home and did a great job. The whole process was very easy. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them.

I am not sure where some of these positive reviews are coming from, but our experience of over (10) years is not a good one. Proserv installed a new A/C unit for us (10) years ago. It broke down last year and they told us that it was not worth repairing so we should get a new one. We did, although a new A/C unit should not breakdown in under 10 years. The new A/C did the same, temperature kept climbing during afternoons when A/C is most needed. The receptionist, Andrea, was rude and uncooperative. She sent a technician who did not speak a single word of English, but reported to their office that there was "a hole in the wall" preventing the air to cool. That is the HOLE MADE BY PROSERV TO INSTALL THEIR THERMOSTAT. Andrea gave us a run-around for two months until another technician was sent by Daniela and replaced the capacitor. The unit worked for a short time and broke down again last week - with the same problem. This time I did not bother with Proserv people and contacted another company. They diagnosed the problem immediately - the motor - picked up and replaced the part same day and now the A/C system works perfectly. If you want a good and reliable A/C unit, or you want your unit repaired correctly by a competent technician the first time, don't waste your time and money with Proserv. Call another company.

This company engaged in installing my AC with the city permits. However they are not closing them and they are completely disregarding my e mails or calls. They of course made me pay upfront. I need them to finish this job!! and since I pay by zelle I can not dispute the payment. My next step to get their attention has to be legal since no one of their team starting by owner Maxime is offering any response.

I agreed to purchase an air conditioner from this company for $6000.00. My exact words to the salesman were if it is one penny over $6000.00 then I do not want it. His reply was it will not be over $6000 and this was after doing an inspection. Today I received a certified letter from this outfit asking for an additional $500. When I called the business the receptionist said that she had called me to discuss this matter and that the salesman had as well. That never happened and my call logs will prove that. Be careful with this business folks. Be very careful! To add to this issue I have a roof mounted air conditioner and since they mounted the unit I have had a tremendous leak. ****update****
3 months later and I have not received a permit so that Proserv can have their work inspected. They called me to find out if I had received it. I do have to give them credit for that. Stay Tuned!

We had a vent that was constantly blowing dirt and making a strange noise when the air was on. Proserv came out and cleaned the duct as well as fixed the vent itself. There has been no sign of dust on our ceiling anymore. Priced fairly and fast to come out!
