TERRIBLE INSTALL and customer service! trying to buy the house where we rent for over 5 years for the past 6 months now, everything it's on hold due to trusses in Attic were cut and they keep promising to come out to fix and nothing ever happens, I suggested the installer not to cut the trusses he ignored me and did anyway and he was very rude!!!they were here for 2 days!!! Again, 6 months later it still hasn't been resolved!

over five months ago your technician Jhonny took out two of my grill vents ceiling size 9x9 to replace 5 vents and he came to the house three times with the wrong size every time making me wait for him for hours,and in my ather location he is being fixing my A/C unit since September first he said that the problem is the Contracter,he ordered and changed then he said the electric box and transformer,he ordered and changed,then he said the capacitor and the dryer he also ordered and changed it,then he said the compressor that was sent to him by American Home Shield that he claims that he changed it and put Freon which is not true he never changed and kept my new compressor,then he said he needs to replace the coil and some other parts that is being going on for 5 months,the condition of the building is very bad because of his negligence,I asked to speak to the manager Adam many times and left him massages to call me back and he never did ,I was told that he is a busy man,they took the money for the job that they never did,they have no shame and I hope that important Manager name Adam knows what is going on in his company and if he needs more information about the very bad situation they put me in he can contact me .

After 2 months without an a.c and numerous techs coming in and out of my apartment, finally Rafael P came knocking at 9:40 a.m. I was in total awe being that he was on time and then for him to go above and beyond finding other issues the previous techs overlooked. He takes pride in his work, it shows. before leaving he double checked to make sure everything was 100. I appreciate you and thank you for coming back out being that canceled our last appointment. Keep up the good work!! Thank you again

My AC was not working and tech Alfredo E. Came in to assist me with this issue, he was amazing, he explained the problem in detail, he answered all my questions and told me what the next step will be.

Had tech Alfredo today to do a complete install by himself. Was very knowledgeable , efficient and did the complete job in a little more than 5 hours. Was a great guy and a great experience

The communication between the HVAC guy and the office staff was ridiculous. The guy that came out to start the job didn't do the job all the way the first day and told me he would be back out the NEXT morning to fix it cause he needed more help. Well needless to say he didn't come back out the next day nor did ANYONE ELSE. No communication at all. Me and my family went 2 whole days with no AC at all in 95 degrees weather here in Florida. It took me calling yet AGAIN for them to finally send some more guys out to fix it the following day. Not to mention they were scheduled to come out by 8am and didn't show up til 10:00. The HVAC guy cut a huge square in my wall and did a very crappy job when he put it back up and I'm not gonna get blamed for it looking like this and left a mess on the floor from him cutting the wall open and left a Box Cutter left open on my floor. I have a dog and a 5 year old grandson that visits me and goes in and out that door. I don't appreciate them leaving it out in the open for him or my dog to get cut on. And also I'm not sure if the open copper wire on the outside unit is suppose to be sticking out like it is and any raccoon and random animal to knock it out and us be without AC again. And the plastic PVC pipe has a constant flow coming out of it that wasn't like that before. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISSATISFIED

Don’t have a problem with these people. We did and got the big time runaround.
They installed a new unit in 2021 who I referred them to my girlfriend. Install had an issue. They install a bigger unit which did not meet code. They had to build up the platform the unit was sitting on. It took a month or two to get it resolved.
Purchased the service agreement and they have been coming out twice a year until the last service, late last year. They kept giving us excuse after excuse that they would be coming out.
We finally called another AC company who was referred to me by a good friend. They came out because the unit wasn’t cooling like it always had. We were told we need a new coil because the filter we were using should have been temporary. It was the one you can wash but upon showing the AC company that is in my networking group here in Ft Myers, he said the gap is so wide that a great heal of the air wasn’t being filter. He said theyvshould have installed a bracket ( which the other company we called also said the same thing, that would allow regular filters to be installed.
I called three different times. First, they said Adam would call us back which he didn’t. Call again and they said hold on, Adam will pick up. After 20 minutes holding, I hung up and called back. There was a message saying we couldn’t leave a message.
Pathetic. I’m a public adjuster and work with a lot of contractors. You really never know how good or dependable a company is until you have a problem. They know they messed up and are taking the low road. I’m having my girlfriend file a complaint with the State. No fuss. Yeah from their perspective but not from their customers.

I wanted to take a second & give props to this owner. My leasing company has sent SEVERAL vendors out to cover the mold issue up on my HVAC unit. The tech that came out for the estimate was not very nice and didnt want to listen to anything I was saying , because hes been doing this for over 30 years..... they didnt look for the leak source but the tech that came today actually listened to my concerns and agreed with me that the work being performed doesnt solve the issue. The tech called the owner & the owner told him not to proceed with the repair work. I just wanted to say , thank you. Thank you for doing the right thing. I appreciate that more than you will ever know!

Was taking a sunday nap woke up sweating my AC died called Antonio and he put his boots on the ground in the middle of the day and came over and found the problem to help ne out .
