I was in my neighborhood in Davie and I saw Julius‘s sign and then I saw Julius and he was doing somebody’s house. I asked him if he would take a look at my house and tell me how much my house would be to do the inside and outside Windows and the Screens and the tracks. He gave me a great price and he actually started on that day. I highly recommend Julius. He’s a great guy an amazing worker and he is a Firefighter . Call Julius for your next window cleaning. Great service! Came right away, took about an hour and a half to do the appraisal of our home after we had just experienced a kitchen fire. Jose the manager super professional and patient answering all of our 1000 questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who experiences a fire in their home for restoration. As well as fair pricing compared to the rest of the market.

Voda Cleaning and Restoration did an amazing job on not only vacuuming and restoring our flooded Condo but then I had them also clean the tile and grout thereafter. Sandra was a life saver being that me and my wife were out of town when we had a hose unexpectedly pop from our bathroom. The added pictures are after the restoration. Voda Cleaning removed the original vinyl flooring and baseboards which were flooded. Sandra and her crew were phenomenal, where they wasted no time getting the entire job completed without hiccups or questions. Sandra reassured me several times that all will be well and she made true to her word. Thanks again to the Voda Cleaning and Restoration services company!

I own several Airbnb’s and of course the furniture gets dirty. I had one chair in particular that was disgusting. I called Voda and Brittney was very professional and set a same day appointment. I live in California so I appreciated the constant communication. Sandra text me when they were on their way, when they arrived and when they left. I told her that the place had already been cleaned and to please not make a mess. She sent me a video/pics of the couch and chair. They looked amazing! She even sent me a video of the entire place as they left to give me peace of mind that it was still clean and a video of her locking the front door. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended and I will use them again for all my Florida Airbnb needs. Thank you all again
