Reviews of local pros in Davie, Florida

Owner Matt came recommended to me however he’d moved quite a distance away from my Home. Nonetheless, he shared his expertise with me, investing quite some time texting back and forth as I explained in detail my Limestone Sealing Issues. It was Matt that figured out the right treatment: problem solved. I admire the integrity of someone who, knowing he wouldn’t make money on me was STILL WILLING TO TAKE TIME AND HELP: THAT’s a true Professional! Many thanks MATT! 💪👍

Used this company to pressure clean my roof and house. They did a fantastic job at very reasonable price. They were also on time and have a great response time. Very happy with the services provided. I highly recommend it.

Thanks so much for the pressure cleaning of our pavers, walkways, barn and roof! Great people to work with! Quick to respond, reliable, professional , couldn’t ask for more. Our home looks great! Thanks for taking good care of us!

My wife and I are very happy with the pressure cleaning Top Dog's team has provided! They are not only friendly and kind, but the service has been excellent, very responsive, easy scheduling, and great price. Thank you!

One of a kind business. Matt and Carly go above and beyond to ensure the job gets done the right way. Their quality work completely transformed my house. Extremely happy we stumbled upon these guys. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Top Dog Pressure Cleaning. Carly and Matt are easy to work with, professional and their work is fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Carly and Matt did a great job power washing then sanding and sealing our circular driveway and front porch pavers. Carly explained the process as well as what sealer(s) to use and gave us options. Price was great. Definitely recommend, don't bother calling anyone else.

Unbelievable. I had no idea that my roof was that color. I thought it was grey. Nope it was a beige. Matt was awesome. I also asked him to to the sidewalk and the stains from the black olive tree are gone. I didn’t think it was possible. He also did some of the small areas that I usually do even without asking. He is well worth it. Call them.

I have used Top Dog for more than 10 years now and without fail, they consistently do a fantastic job. They are responsive and communicate very well - uncommon these days. They are so easy to recommend!!!

Matt was awesome. When I got home, I would’ve sworn he had painted our roof white, that’s how great it looked. Total attention to detail. I have put them on my schedule for twice yearly now and will always recommend them to anyone who wants to hear about it.

We just had our old travertine pavers pressure washed and resealed. Huge difference - they look like new. From getting a quote to completion of the project was done professionally and with great communication. They did what they said they would do when they did they would do it. The price was very reasonable.

We just had our driveway and patio pavers pressure cleaned and sealed by Top Dog. The patio came out just gorgeous. Before the job, the pavers were faded and looked old. Afterwards, the color of the patio was completely restored and the pavers looked new. The owners Matt and Carly are a pleasure to deal with, and they are some of the most conscientious and reliable people you will ever meet . Thank you Top Dog for a job well done! Best job ever in 17 years of living in this house.

Great service at my house!
Very friendly and mindful when it came to the run off of cleaning material of the roof. Matt and his crew made sure that my grass and plants stayed alive.
Thank you, would use again when I need my pavers done in the backyard by the pool.

Lately it has been difficult to find professional and courteous individuals. My first conversation with Carly showed the level of professionalism. I needed to pressure wash my roof because it will be painted this week. I was shocked when she told me that Matt could come on Mother’s Day Sunday. Matt came yesterday and made our house brand new. I was in a awe when I pulled in the driveway. The house was renewed. I would recommend Carly and Matt to everyone that would need their services. Their customer service and dependability are top-notch. Keep up the great work.

Highly recommend using Matt and Carly from top dog! Very professional and do a great job! It’s hard to find a business that actually cares and not just throws down a product on the drive way and collects a pay check. Matt and Carly took the time to make sure they sealed my drive way the right way. It had been raining lately and they actually took the time to make sure the drive way was dry and even had a leaf blower going to make sure every last spot was dry before applying the sealer! I am so happy I trusted Carly’s decision on what type of sealer to use it looks great! Great job!

We loved Top Dog! They were easy to contact, quick to come to our home to quote our projects, and worked to fit us into their schedule. We will absolutely continue to use them for other pressure cleaning services for our house. :) :)

Top Dog it is, i am a really satisfy customer. Thank You

Matt got my roof looking like new. He was very professional, friendly, and
did a excellent job cleaning my roof, for a reasonable price. I would recommend Top Dog Pressure Cleaning to all my friends and neighbors.

We hired Top Dog, Matt and Carly, to pressure wash our metal roof, front and rear patios, and exterior walls and I thought I came home to the wrong house. They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and showed up when they said they would. Also they were accommodating as far as scheduling was concerned as we did have a tight timeline.

Superb!! Matt was able to remove about 40 years worth of dirt and well water stains from my driveway in less than an hour. It honestly looks brand new! We have a large corner lot and the price was more than reasonable. Combine all that with excellent customer service, and we will definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

They were able to schedule me within two days of contacting them. I needed my sidewalk and fence done. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job and did not take very long. Would recommend and use them again. Thanks.
