Excellent service from Johnny! He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly cares about providing great customer service and doing the job right. Highly recommend him and the company!

We are new renters for the first time in our life as we move to Florida. We quickly realized we had a roach infestation in our new rental and our cousin suggested for us to call on demand. She said they were the best and the nicest and she was absolutely right Marcos was so incredibly professional, gave me a text prior to arriving so I could finish preparing. He started off my spraying the whole exterior of the house all of the interior and came to the kitchen and sprayed and gassed it even opened all of the electrical outlets . He was happy to answer all questions most importantly made me finally feel better like we’re able to find a resolution for this problem!! Looking forward to seeing him in two weeks literally 10 out of 10.!!!

We used Dump Squad during a move and it saved us so much stress. They removed old furniture, boxes, and a bunch of junk we didn’t want to bring with us. The crew worked fast but still took care not to damage walls or floors. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely recommend them.
