I haven't heard from them in almost 2 weeks after making initial call. I was suppose to get an estimate within 2 or 3 days and just now I got something. But thankfully they stalled. While waiting I contacted "A licensed roofing company" in Davie. And within 2 days I not only got a quote, but they will be out Tuesday to get the job done. On top of that their quote is very similar to rainbows, but they are doing way more. Adding a gutter, painting and replacing all facia, not just rotted facia.

1) Roof hadn't leaked in 9 years until it did and we had water coming through a bathroom ceiling with damage to the drywall. Called Rainbow based on reviews.
2) Nice guys showed up for the estimate, but came a day late! Said they had "emergency" estimate to do in Miami. Price was mid-range to high, but they had good reviews, so we hired them.
3) After adjusting our work schedules to accommodate Rainbow roofers,they no showed for repair. Said weather was to blame, but there was little or no rain in our area. This happened 2 days in a row, albeit with emails from Mr. Segal on the morning they were supposed to be there.
4) Following second no show, I called to say don't bother, especially when the nice lady who answered the phone said she knew nothing about the appointments and couldn't reach the workmen.
5) Tropical storm Erika was supposed to hit, so when Mr. Segal called to apologize and promised the workmen would come the next day I agreed, since, at that point, it would have been near impossible to find someone to get the job done in time.
6) Workers came the day before the attenuated storm hit. Said they fixed the leak, but left the tiles off for repair to "settle." Other roofers have told us, in the past, in a different house, that this is done to wait to be sure the problem is solved, as roof leaks can be tricky and it is not uncommon not to get it right the first time.
7) It rained the next night and water poured in again, from the same exact place.
8) Called Rainbow to dispatch workers again. This time they came in a more timely fashion and worked on it again (didn't take more than a few hours), and said problem was fixed.
9) Second attempt was successful, but Mr. Segal wanted us to pay $500.00 extra because they had to come back. Said there were 2 leaks, not one, that hadn't been recognized at the time of the estimate (coincidentally in the same place, at the same time?).
10) My husband called to question this. Mr. Segal finally agreed not to charge extra to do the job they were supposed to do in the first place. Mr. Segal said "don't call us again." Don't worry. WE WON'T and neither should anyone reading this!

About a month ago my wife hired this company to repair a roof leak on a 10x 15 sloped tile roof. After 3 weeks we have a major leak the entire length of the living room. We were given a 1yr repair warranty and Marc would not return any phone calls or emails. My wife finally spoke with the secretary and she rudely hung up on her with no solution to fix our roof. At this point I am going to pay another roof company 2700 to fix the same leak. As unprofessional as this business is I highly recommend staying far away from them. I have never taken the time to review a business before but people need to hear this before hiring them. This business does not stand by their work!!!
