Tree reviews in Davie, Florida

Safari team is #1

As always, a job well done.

Great company. Really nice people that I dealt with. Highly recommend.

On time, hard working crew, quality of work & clean up top notch!

Professional. Arborists not tree trimmers. 5 star service!

very professional staff. We have used them for 4 or 5 years to trim and prune our palms.

Best in the business.
Professional, knowledgeable, and great service.

Look elsewhere, less frustration.

My property had a seemingly simple job — remove 1 medium size tree and a small triple palm and grind their stumps. It took over 12 weeks to get this job completed. Of course, I don’t expect it to be done the day after I make the first call but this time frame felt unreasonable, especially considering how many phone calls and persistence it took from my side to ensure this job was completed.

Here are the FACTS about my experience:
No one answers the phone when you call their business. Leave a voicemail and in 1-3 days you may or may not receive a callback. When you are called back it is by the receptionist or desk person who is not knowledgeable or able to contribute to decision making — she is simply a liaison to Seth, the Arborist, with whom I never actually spoke with. When I would ask a question that would require the input of the arborist, the waiting would ensue. Now I have to wait another day or two for an answer from the Arborist via the desk person. God forbid if I had a follow up question.

You can see how this would turn something that should probably take 1 month to complete into a 3 month frustration. The work was finally completed after a hiccup with their stump grinder that caused a delay between the tree removal and the actual stump grinding. I had to give them an ultimatum to come back and finish the work by the end of the week or I would hire someone else to finish the job and only pay them for the percentage of the work they completed. There was no final follow up call or apology for the frustration — perhaps because this is their standard for their business?

I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere until they can correct the way organize their affairs. If you love pulling teeth, being left in the dark and never speaking to someone knowledgeable about your situation then look no further!

Safari was courteous, professional, clean, reasonably priced and I will continue using them as my tree service.

The crew is always professional and courteous, and leaves the yard clean. I use them every year to prune and trim all of our trees.

The crew is extremely professional and do wonderful work! Great group of men!!!!!!!

As always took great care to trim our trees. Very efficient and professional and has been a pleasure to work with for many years.

I really like hiring professionals for my tree care. They are on-time, efficient, and do a beautiful job trimming and planting. Also, I like that I can call anytime if I have questions about my tree health.

We have used Safari for years. They always do a great job. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Safari for many years to trim our trees including palms, fruit trees and bamboo. They always do an excellent job. Seth is extremely knowledgeable as an arborist and has always guided as well so that our yard always looks healthy and beautiful!

Great company, on time and reliable that in south florida landscaping world is a miracle. Very happy and satisfied will use them again!

Safari did an amazing job cleaning up my mango tree! My driveway has never looked better. Awesome crew

Safari came and trimmed my palms. They were quick, affordable, safe and cleaned up after themselves. Easy communication. Will definitely use them again

Called Safari to get an assessment on a tree and I was expecting to pay for their professional time as an arborist. The owner (Will) came out, told me everything I needed to know. He told me no charge which really surprised me. Well, they have my future business.

We have hired this company for the past 30 yrs. The owner Seth is our oasis buddy. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees, diseases and what to do or what not to do. He has called out his team at a moments notice whenever we have called. Their prices are fair, DO NOT hire those "drop by" crews. They do not know what they are doing and end up costing you more!!!

Safari Tree pros did an excellent job! The team was prompt and professional, trimmed the heck out of my trees and cleaned up the job site very well. Will definitely work with them in the future
