Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026: Sal Izzo who was on call went above & beyond today to replace the motor in our A/C (thankfully it was all covered under the Silver Plan warranty we purchased last year). Monday is supposed to be a record cold temperature and my family is so grateful for Sal’s quick action on fixing the issue. Thank you, Sal & Mid-Florida…..you have a customer for life!

I contacted Able Air, Inc. at the recommendation from a friend of mine and I'm so glad I did. I had a terrible experience with another HVAC company in Melbourne FL. who will remain nameless. I spoke to Tiffany Harrison a Marketing Coordinator @ Able Air and she was very sweet & professional. Tiffany Scheduled a service Tech. to come out the very next morning. Fritz the tech. was @ my home the 1st thing the next morning.
Fritz evaluated the problem and fixed it quickly. He also did a complete PM service of my AC unit. What a great job buy all.

David came out to my house on Monday and found a small leak in the evap coil by doing a leak test and then ordered a new coil. Wednesday morning both David and Rowland came first thing to install new coil. David then did the work needed to to make system ready for refrig charge. System back up and the sub cool temp. was correct. System working very well and cold even with 92F outside. Great team, thanks you.
