General Contractor reviews in Deerfield Beach, Florida

Nice

This company is reliable and does great work.
I used them to remodel my kitchen, my bathroom and impact windows in my entire house!

Work was excellent on time. I'm very happy and please.... I would recommend them to anybody....

This group was exceptionally professional everyone was on time the work was done beautiful job I highly recommend

I had a great experience working with Maurico and his team. Optimus really helped me when I had a failing project with the first home I purchased. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I will continue to recommend and use Optimus.

10/10 highly recommend! We redid the stucco on our home and painted it.. and we absolutely loved it!

I hired Mauricio to handle permits for some previous work, expecting everything to be brought up to code, inspected, and approved. Two years later, I'm now staring at a $10K fine because this fraudster completely abandoned the project. Avoid him and his company at all costs—they're nothing more than dishonest con artists who lie and cheat you out of your money. I had to hire another company to clean up the mess!!!!

I Hired Mauricio and Optimus Development to do a full remodel on a two bedroom two bath condo after I had a bad experience with another contractor, And Mauricio came in and took over the project and did an amazing job. This remodel included new plumbing, electrical, New drywall throughout, all new flooring, new bathrooms, new kitchen, and a new air conditioner. Basically we redid the entire condo. Mauricio was easy to deal with, he listened to our concerns, he was always available, and he answered his phone all the time. He was with us every step of the way. He was also very honest in our billing and all the charges that we had. He was very trustworthy. It was really a pleasure working with him. We are having some work done in our house and Mauricio will be doing that work as well. Mauricio is a legitimate contractor with a great attitude and a lot of knowledge for the work. We we so lucky to find him!

Mauricio and his team did an amazing job on our condo in Pompano Beach. Since we live in Chicago and with the restrictions of flying due to the pandemic, we had to do this virtually. Mauricio kept us updated from the very beginning till the end. When our family got the unit it was in bad shape and everything was original. The unit needed a complete make over. Mauricio worked with us in designing a floor plan that would benefit our families needs. Mauricio was very professional, courteous and trustworthy. He was honest about problems that came up and needed to be addressed. We interviewed several other contractors and Mauricio pricing and time line succeeded the other quotes. Mauricio was so pleasant to work with we had additional work done to the unit and was very pleased. We highly recommend Mauricio and are definitely going to use him for further projects. Best contractor ever!!!!

I recently hired Mauricio for kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were outstanding.

They communicated clearly throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. The team was respectful of my home, kept the workspace clean, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final product.

Excellent Contractor Focused on Quality and Compliance
We recently completed a significant remodel of our home, and we couldn't be happier with the work done by Mauricio. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Mauricio was incredibly attentive and dedicated to ensuring the entire process ran smoothly.
He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the remodel was executed to the highest standards. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and it's clear that he takes immense pride in your work.
Beyond the quality of the construction, we were also extremely impressed with the diligence in handling all the necessary permits and ensuring compliance with city regulations. This was a huge relief for us, as navigating these processes can be daunting. He stayed on top of everything, keeping us informed and ensuring all requirements were met without any hassle on our part.
Mauricio was also very communicative, professional, reliable, organized, and easy to work with. He kept us updated on the progress, addressed any questions we had promptly, and was always respectful of our home.
If you are looking for a contractor who prioritizes quality, attention to detail, and ensures all necessary compliance is handled correctly, we wholeheartedly recommend Optimus Development Contractor

"Optimus Development has been a tremendous help with managing our three new construction projects. Although the city permits took a bit longer than we initially expected, this had nothing to do with the general contractor. A big thank you to Mauricio for skillfully handling all the paperwork and navigating the back-and-forth with the city—it’s truly appreciated!"

Working with Mauricio was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the initial meeting, they proved to be super responsible and meticulous in every stage of the construction of our property in Florida. Their attention to detail was truly impressive, ensuring that every aspect of the project, from planning to the final touches, was executed with the highest quality.
What really stood out was their commitment to transparency and constant communication. They were always available to answer our questions, keep us informed about the progress, and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Their knowledge and expertise in obtaining all the necessary permits in Florida provided us with great peace of mind throughout the entire process.
Building a property from the ground up can be overwhelming but Mauricio made it feel smooth and manageable. Their attentiveness and dedication to our project were evident in every interaction.
We would not hesitate to highly recommend working with Optimus Contractors to anyone looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly communicative contractor in Florida. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and grateful for their excellent work!
