Excellent Service. I had them clean my 1/1.5 condo a few days ago and it still feels fresh now. Great work on the bathrooms and careful attention to detail on walls and the kitchen countertops and fridge. Also really good organization, I didn’t know you could fold blankets in such professional ways. Will definitely be a recurring customer!!!

It felt a bit unprofessional when, in the middle of the cleaning, I was told the price would be higher, or they’d have to leave. Then, to be asked to pay on the spot was unexpected. I get that my place needed more attention than I originally anticipated, but I didn’t realize that when I first reached out.

Overall, if you’re looking for thorough, high-quality cleaning, Queen Bee Cleaning Service is definitely worth considering. However, I’d recommend they work on communication and professionalism, as those are areas that could take their service from good to great. If they address those issues, this could easily be a five-star experience!

These ladies are amazing, there’s nothing better than coming home to clean house and fresh clean smell! I will be continue to hire these ladies for every two weeks to maintain our house. We have black Lab and he shed a lot so these ladies were able to get the hair off from our couch and our stairs. It’s amazing.

I chose Queen Bee because of the other Google ratings and glad that I did! My mother's house needed to get clean while she was in the hospital and Queen Bee sent me videos of them cleaning and doing such a great job ! Usually when I hire cleaners, they do an ok job and it’s fine. However, I find Queen Bee to be superior. My house is spotless afterwards (until my kids come home).

The ladies are wonderful! These days, it's so hard to find people who truly put love and effort into their work. Too often, folks just show up to get paid, but these women arrive excited and genuinely happy to take care of our home! We all need to give these ladies their flowers—they don't just clean your house; they truly care for the home where you live with your loved ones. We hired them for monthly deep cleaning and maintenance, and with two shedding bulldogs and a busy toddler, they make my house look like it did before the dogs and baby arrived lol! I'm so grateful and will always treat them with the kindness they deserve.
