Technician was excellent. I paid $199 service charge by check. A few days later I noticed my checking account was debited twice, for $199, once for the check and once as a direct charge. I called Kyle Plumbing 3 days in a row. The Company never answered and each time the call went to an answering service that promised to pass the matter on to the Company. Kyle Plumbing has never contacted me and I had to dispute the double charge through my bank. Left me angry. Will not use them again.

They sent a technician, Scott, and I told him what I wanted. Set up my appointment and he arrived when he said he would and during the day he kept me informed with his process. He was always professional and polite. There are no surprises on costs and they tell you exactly what to expect. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing to others because my experience was great .

Somehow my previous review got deleted.
Their “technician” told me my hot water heater is destroyed. He didn’t state the exact reason. He said he thinks it’s the pressure gauge, and that can’t be replaced.
The hot water heater was leaking, slowly. He told me I needed to have a new one installed immediately and he could have it done if I paid $3300.00. FOR A 30 GALLON!
Anyhow, I called Jospeh’s plumbing, he fixed the issue. It was a fitting that needed tighten. He didn’t charge me anything. We tipped him 100 bucks.
I’ll be calling Joseph back when I have real plumbing issues.
