Gerald the company owner was on site throughout the day. They were very respectful of our property and did exceptional work. I would highly recommend for tile floor, bathroom floor and grout cleaning/sealing.

Gerald did an awesome job ! I wish I had him do it sooner !
Still drying but looks so much better !

Gerald & his team did a great job at cleaning our tile, carpet, & sofas. They worked quick and efficiently and are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again!

By far the best Carpet and Stone cleaners we’ve ever used. They brought all of our marble back to life, it looks brand new. We use them for all of our carpets as well and they do a great job. They are very professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Super nice guy, Gerald, is really easy to work with. We highly recommend this company.

The owner Gerald is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional. Both of my rugs needed lots of cleaning and brand new fringe on both ends of each rug. It was done well and quickly delivered. I am pleased and grateful to have found this excellent owner and his company.

My Mexican tile floors were such a mess! These guys do remarkable transformations. My floors are like new!

Great service. Gerald and Roberto were on time, courteous and worked diligently to clean tile and grout and color seal the grout. I am more than happy with the outcome. The 25 year old tile looks new again. Definitely recommend.

I recently had 3N1 Services clean all of my flooring at my home. The team of Gerald and Rodolfo did a fantastic job.
I certainly appreciated their time, effort, an expertise concerning a job well done. I highly recommend 3N1 services.

3N1 was great, kind and professional. They cleaned my drapes within a half hour. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone. OK

3N1 Services team came into our home and did a outstanding job on our tile floors and coloring of the grout lines. Very professional people and very competitive pricing is a plus. You will not be disappointed when you hire this company.

My floors look amazing. Grout was brown, I had it sealed about five years ago and called 3 in 1 to come look at it and just needed a refresh cleaning. Looks great!! Highly recommend!

We loved working with Gerald at 3-N-1 Services. Of course, he did a great job getting our rugs and sofa back to brand new after some water damage. But he was also a pleasure to work with. On time, lovely to work with, and professional! We’d highly recommend 3-N-1 Services.

Gerald was wonderful. Said what he was going to do when he said he would do it. I have used other contractors for my floors and nobody did what they said they would do. Gerard was excellent. I would highly recommend him.
