Reviews of local pros in Deerfield Beach, Florida

They came on time, were very respectful, and detail oriented. We had them deep clean two offices for us and they went beyond expectations. We highly recommend them.

Swan janitorial has been cleaning our office for several months. They are always one-time, respectful, responsive and do a great job. I highly recommend.

We've been very happy with him and their services. Their professionalism and responsiveness has been exceptional. In such a competitive industry, you want someone who will be available and care of you and he has been a perfect fit.

My house looks amazing. Smells fresh and clean. Very thorough and detail oriented. And my dog likes them too!!! And she is very picky. As everything in life you get what you pay for!!
From top to bottom. Door frames window sills refrigerator. Stove looks like new!!! Don’t hesitate for a minute.

I highly recommend swan cleaning services. We had an excellent service experience with Swan at our Boca Raton office. Very attentive to detail -Pacifico and his team found areas that needed cleaning that we didn’t even know. They stayed focused on our needs checking in with follow-ups after every cleaning. Many thanks to Pacifico and his team.

Swan Janitorial Cleaning, responded quickly online with a firm quote for services requested. They arrived when arranged and touched every surface and hidden area until clean. Great job in bathroom and especially large laminate floor area. Windows, in side and out were done without issue. Swan gave the offices at Phase9 Design a much welcome refreshening.

I have looked for so many cleaning companies and none of them returned my calls! All I wanted was a quote for my house to be fully cleaned. Soon as I find then on google , they have returned my call in a few minutes. They came to my house and right on the spot gave me a quote! Of course I wanted to be done on that day, but had to schedule for the very next day!! They found me a spot on their schedule!!! I left my house and went shopping! By the time I got back, it looks amazing! Very welcoming! Even though I clean my house every week, since I had just move in , I needed that deep cleaning!! Wonderful job!!! I so recommend!!! Thanks guys....for the professionalism and punctual service every week!!!

Pacifico and his crew were excellent.
From scheduling and the discussion of our needs through arrival and the cleaning everything went smooth as silk.
Most importantly the quality of the services rendered was everything we expected and more.
We happily would reccomend Swan janitorial and have already discussed routine follow up cleaning for ourselves.

We just purchased a new home that was frankly quite the mess. Swan came through and did a fantastic job cleaning and turning the place around. They were very detail oriented and walked us through at the end to check everything. Thanks to them we can really enjoy our home.

Swan Cleaning came back to clean my house again, because they are Exceptional. Very pleasant crew, I highly recommend Swan janitorial cleaning. I will continue using Swan Cleaning

My company has been working with Swan Janitorial for a little over a year now and have nothing but nice things to say about them. Pacifico and his team work very hard and we instantly noticed a difference for the better when we brought them onsite to remediate past cleaners we had. 100% would recommend him and Swan Janitorial to take care of your cleaning needs!!

Did a great job cleaning the whole property.

Have had Joey and crew help out at my home and my office and they always take their time, provide honest pricing and Good service. Would recommend for all your pressure cleaving needs

I have used Joey for years. I continue to use him because he takes pride in his work, is clean, organized and fair. He answers the phone and shows up when he saws he will. I would highly recommend Full Effect!! Thank you Joey

Great experience with this company! Joey came out quickly to quote my job, gave me a great price and got the work done within days. My neighbors have already asked for his contact information because of the thorough job the company performed. Highly recommend

I was impressed by the results at my neighbor's house, so I decided to hire Full Effect for my driveway and patio. Joey did not disappoint! He was professional and even cleaned my outdoor furniture. Highly recommend him!

Do not use his services. He rushed through a job and blew the paint off a number of areas. I've been getting my screen cleaned for years and NEVER had an issue until Joey. When I asked him to try and resolve the issue he became argumentative and DID NOTHING to resolve the issue he created.
