All I can say is Kilbourn is the very BEST !!!’

I’ve used them for a few different things over the years and most recently they installed a new Lennox system for me. A small issue happened a few months after the install and after one call, they came out right away and fixed it. Great company and I can easily recommend them.

Kilbourne Heating and AC was very responsive. Called and were out in less than two days even as a new customer. Diagnosed the issue and got AC charged and had it working same day as they awaited the new part on order! Thanks Joe our technician.

I just had another service call, this time to move a vent inside the house.
The crew, including Don again, did a great job.
They moved the vent and the thermostat. It needed to be moved because we’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel.
Again, they did an amazing job.

Kilbourne Heating & Air did a terrific job resolving an AC issue in our new home. Even though I called late in the day, they fit our appointment into their schedule for the next day. Their technician arrived on time, was very efficient, and very informative. I highly commend the technician, Kellen. He was top-notch. I would recommend Kilbourne Heating & Air to others and plan to use them again.

Kilbourne AC did a great job replacing my system. Sean was beyond helpful getting everything set up. Don was really knowledgeable and I appreciate the level of detail he had during the install. This is a solid company to deal with and I recommend them to anyone. You don’t realize how important you AC is until it’s broken! I’m also very impressed with Lennox. You can tell it’s a quality brand.

I recently had Kilbourne repair my AC. Emily and Mike are great. The same day they received the fan motor, they sent a technician that afternoon. Grateful for their professionalism and hard work!

i’ve been working with Kilborn for 3 1/2 years and they have been so honest as far as the price their technicians they know exactly what they’re doing, they have just been a lifesaver for me and my family. We’ve had a few HVAC companies come by our home and really try to rip us off they are so honest over at Kilbourne Air . I would recommend them to anybody I love.

By far the BEST AC company I've ever dealt with!! Once again, Eric Harnes is always so knowledgeable and friendly, and he always does a great job. I love that they try to always send the same technician so we are always familiar with who is coming. I am beyond satisfied and am a Kilbourne client for life!!

I had a problem with an existing A/C that others had installed, and Kellen and team came within 24 hours. They diagnosed the issue quickly, repaired the unit and were reasonable with the invoice. They were very thorough and checked things to make sure other problems didn’t develop.
I will use them as needed and highly recommend them.

Always timely service. Honest techs who do not try to over sell things you don’t need.

The HVAC wasn't working, pretty much dead. Fortunately contact with Kilbourne Heating & Air Inc was best choice to get the resolution as to status of the Unit. Representative, Eric arrived on time and ready to get the job done! Some Parts had to be replaced. Other issues were taken care of. Then on to me learning how to use the Unit the correct way. Eric explained in detail and even gave me Unit Instructions to refer to. He worked hard this day getting Unit working Perfectly and Quietly. I cannot overstate how honest and trustworthy I found Eric to be. The situation could have gone badly if a dishonest Company and Representative was chosen. I Highly Recommend this Outstanding Company and Representative for your HVAC Care!

Kilbourne is the absolute best! It is great knowing there are still companies out there providing honest service with integrity. I had purchased a new ac with them about a year ago and had a warranty issue with the compressor. Kilbourne resolved my issue fast and their tech was extremely knowledgable and professional. Would highly recommend!

Kilbourne is a great company. I’ve relied on them for over 25 years. Eric came out on Sunday morning and got my A/C working for now until we can decide how to proceed. He was a life saver! It’s horrible living without air conditioning. I totally recommend this company.

Great experience with this company   The technician was very nice, good communicator , answered all my questions  . Their prices are fair, they show up on time , they are professional and their service was great. I would recommend them.
