All I can say is Kilbourn is the very BEST !!!’

We had been using Kilbourne for the last 2 years and thought we were receiving good service. 6 times in the last 2 years we have dealt with our AC unit leaking and each time they would come out and fix it fairly quickly. We kept asking why does this keep happening what can be done to prevent it because it was not fun to come home to multiple leaks from the ceiling. They never really gave us an answer. We signed up for the maintenance program. The only problem with that is I have to physically call the office to schedule, whenever a technician was onsite they could never schedule with me. Throughout the last 2 years we did everything they recommended and they added a condensate pump to help with the leaking. The one thing I do appreciate is they never recommended replacing our entire unit as it was running well. Fast forward to yesterday and the leaks were getting very bad so I called and left 2 messages and nobody called me back so I was forced to find another company that was able to come out on a Sunday. I've had Kilbourne come out after hours before so I was very surprised nobody called me back. What made me really upset is the leaking could have been avoided if Kilbourne had properly installed everything. The water safety control float switch was not installed properly so it didn't turn off the AC when the water was leaking. The company that ended up coming out showed me that it was not properly installed and fixed it in 10 seconds, literally 10 seconds. On top of that the condensate pump had wires that were supposed to do the same thing and turn off the system when water leaks, however these wires were not connected to anything. Once again not fully installed. So the 2 safety features that were to prevent my AC from leaking and damaging my house were both installed improperly so they didn't work. So we got stuck with multiple leaks and a decent amount of damage to our property. We will not be using Kilbourne anymore and caution anyone considering using them for A/C service.

I’ve used them for a few different things over the years and most recently they installed a new Lennox system for me. A small issue happened a few months after the install and after one call, they came out right away and fixed it. Great company and I can easily recommend them.
