We contacted the company for a tree removal/replacement. Received a verbal quote and scheduled an appointment. When day of appointment came, no one showed up. Take into consideration we took time off from work in order to meet with company representative. We called (to see if they were running late), left several messages and text messages they had previously used text messaging with us). As of now, it has been a week and no response as to what happened. Unreliable, unresponsive and untrustworthy. This company had great reviews and we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, they are unprofessional when it comes to their quotes and appointments.

I have 5 tall coconut palms that needed to be cleaned up and coconuts removed. I reached out to Delray Tree Service after another company failed to schedule me for over a month. They came out within a week and did a great job! Thanks Cary and team!

We had to hire someone to cut back our neighbor's out-of-control mango trees that were shadowing our pool and shedding a mess in our yard. We are so glad we picked Delray Tree Service. They were very professional and thorough. They even mashed down the pile of limbs, etc. So bulk pickup would be easy. We would recommend to any and all.

They removed (3) large Royal Palm trees in our pool area and ground down the stumps. Would definitely use again and plan to in the months ahead.

I called 12 other companies to service my property and none responded in a timely manner, if at all! Until I found Jason. We communicated via text and it took 2 texts to get his guys trimming my palm trees. Trimmers were very careful to not destroy anything while cleaning up my tall palms. Price was a little expensive for me but it must be inflation.

This is the second time I have used this company. The owner and staff are professional, personable and easy to work with. The first service call was for a huge fiscus tree that fell on the house. They made sure not to cause any additional damage to the house and was responsive even after a hurricane. The second service was to reduce two large trees. The owner explain the best way to trim and maintain the shape in the future. Thanks for the great work.

You cannot go wrong with this company! Very, very professional and courteous. Lightning struck my coconut tree, and I had two carrotwood trees chopped down for removal. All was removed and cleaned up within an hour. Will always call Delray Tree Service for all my future tree needs.

I just filed two complaints against this company and its owner. I am willing to proceed with a formal lawsuit in order to recover my deposit of $100 I gave to the company for a tree removal. Here's the info related to this issue: On May 13, 2024, I contacted the Delray/Boca Tree service company to remove a dead palm tree from my front yard. The owner stopped by my house to look at the tree. When he came by, he did not get out of his car. He looked at the tree while he was seating in his car and gave me a verbal price for the removal. Before he left, he requested that I Zelle $100 to him in order for him "to put me on the schedule". He also promised that he will get the job done within the week. On Tuesday (i.e., the next day), I contacted him by text message to inquire about when he was planning to come do the job. He told me that he could do it on Thursday, May 16 "middle afternoon". I texted him on Thursday at 12:44 pm to let him know that I was going to leave work to meet him at my house around 2 pm. He texted me back at 1:28 pm to let me know that he was on a large removal project and needed to reschedule for Saturday, May 18. I replied to him that Saturday will not work for me and explained to him that I had taken part of Thursday off from work in order to meet him at my house. I also told him to please refund my deposit by Zelle. Since then, I have had several text exchanges with him, in which I have been very clear that, because that he did not keep his word to come on Thursday (a breach of the agreement), that I no longer wanted to do business with him and that he should refund me the money immediately. So far, he has refused to do so. Delray Tree Service has not done anything for me which would have entitled the company or its owner to keep my deposit. I am requesting that the company refund me the $100 deposit immediately as I no longer want to do business with the company and its owner.

Delray Tree Service did a fantastic job for me - they removed an old ficus hedge that was 120 feet long and 30 feet high and replaced it with very large and heavy 25 gallon clusia plants. It was a huge job and I needed it done in a very short time frame. Cary and his crew got it done and I was very grateful. They even drove an hour each way to get the clusia plants I wanted, and then worked all day on a freezing cold Saturday to get it done in time. Cary and his crew are competent, professional and courteous, and their prices are good. I highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews, but this was one was a very pleasant experience and how good service should be. It was uncomplicated, fast and fair prices-Thank you. They came on Sunday to look at the job, trimmed & pruned 2 palm trees and a mango tree, while removing another mango tree on Monday and completed the stump on Wednesday. They worked clean, professional and the many choices of payment options are great. I will for sure use them again.
