Charles is an expert. Don't look for anyone else. He's the guy. He had me up and running on a Sunday within an hour parts and all.

Charles was wonderful, very knowledgeable. Our air unit went out after just being repaired the day before by another company. Charles was there within an hour after I called. Within 1 1/2 hour it was fixed and running. What a blessing. Will always call him from now on!

Charles was amazing. I called him while I was at work around 11 explained my proble. . He freely gave me some advice and things to try to see if that worked. When I got home I tried his advice with no luck. He continues to talk to me that night trying to help me diy my problem I couldn't get it fixed. He said no problem he was finishing up a job and would be out to help me as soon as he done.

He was at my house in about an hour and went straight into diagnosing my issue. Come to find out during some remodel work I was having done they cut my power line to the condenser outside.. Charles had me fixed up in no time at all, gave me totally fair price. I will definitely be using Charles as my guy and will recommend him to others as well.

I asked if Charles could come out as soon as possible, and he did. He came to my house in less than an hour. He exhibited professionalism, as well as superior knowledge about my air conditioning unit. I'd definitely recommend him to others! Thanks!

I honestly can't say enough about Charles! I was out of town on business and my wife and kids were stuck at home with a broken A/C unit. Charles dropped what he was doing at 7 pm and came to diagnose our system. Come to find out a board and capacitor went bad, Charles showed her the damaged parts and also fought the parts house because the unit was under warranty but we just bought the house recently and warranties do not normally transfer to new owners. I will most certainly be using Charles for all my A/C needs and be recommending his company to anyone needing A/C repairs and installs.

Charles came right over late Saturday. He had our A/C going good in less than an hour. He was very friendly, professional and honest. We will definitely tell our friends and relatives about his great work!!!!!

Discovered my AC was leaking all over my garage at 6pm on a Friday night. Was hoping to be able to get someone to come out and fix it on Saturday.

I was pleasantly surprised when he (Charles) said he could be there within the hour. My AC unit was fixed by 7:30pm!

Charles was pleasant, efficient, and gave helpful advice regarding the unit I had and other issues I was experiencing. Will definitely use AC Mechanical for my annual maintenance from here on out.

This guy isn't in it for the money he is just looking to fix problems. I had a wall mounted split unit that was leaking water into my house, when I gave this guy a call asking how much it would be to come out and check out the unit. He didn't just come over and take my money, he went ahead ask questions about the unit asked for photos and gave suggestions/directions on what to do. Turn out all I needed to do was get a wet vac and use it to clear a clog in the run off. He could have showed up took my money and done this in 5 minutes instead he cut right to the chase helped me save money and get my problem fixed instantly.

Mr Charles is a true professional and was a pleasure to meet him and glad he was very responsive. He is very reliable and know what he is doing. He changed my AC motor and serviced it. Will work with him again in the future.

We had been using a previous company for over six months. It was constantly an ongoing issue. We had to call them out at least twice a month because our system never blew cold air. They even replaced the outside unit. And it only blew cold air for about 24 hours. Make sure you call Charles He is extremely knowledgeable honest and goes above and beyond. I wish we would’ve called another company months ago because it would have saved a lot of time and money. Not to mention sitting in a hot house with children. Dont waste your time with other companies. Also Charles and his daughter work after hours to make sure you have a cool home!

Charles is amazing! Professional and friendly. He did the job in good time and was very informative. Answered all my questions and checked things for me that weren't on the original call. Great pricing and set me up with another company to take care of other issues that we needed professional help with. I would recommend this company to everyone!!! This is our forever AC company!!

I have been using AC Mechanical Works for the past 5 years. Charles is one of the most reliable contractors that I have worked with. Is it a nice refreshing change to find a person that actually is worried about the customer being inconvenienced more than himself. Unfortunately, each time I had to call Charles it happened after the normal 9 - 5. Charles makes sure that he finds a way to your home the same day if possible. He genuinely cares that you are without AC here in Florida. I would highly recommend this company.

The absolute best around. When I purchased my home and the AC went out I saw a sticker on the unit for AC Mechanical Works. I called at 11pm and he was here within the hour. I had a bad capacitor which he changed promptly and had me back up and running in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Since then I have called Charles approximately 8 times over 3 years when my old unit would quit working. He is always amazingly fair on price and even handled a couple calls for service for free!!!! I can not recommend Charles enough. The absolute best in the industry. Don’t call anyone else

Charles did a great job! He came out on a Sunday when we didn't have any A/C and he was here within a few hours. He fixed it quickly and I would reccommend him anytime!

Charles is very conscientious, hard working and does quality work. We called him Saturday night. Even with a full load scheduled for Sunday, he said he would fit us in. We called him at 7 pm just to make sure he was still coming. He came at 9:30 and apologized for making us wait. He had been working all day and somehow made time for us. He was kind, professional and very efficient. He had us up and running in record time! Can’t say enough good things about Charles and how pleased we were with his work!

Ac went out called a competitor charged $ 99 to come out they took two days and two different service tecs to tell me it was a $10000 job . Called Charles at 5pm and he was here in an hour diagnosed the problem and quoted me a third of the competitor price for a new unit, came the next day and job was completed promptly. I would highly recommend this company and professional staff Thanks for a job well done

Hands down the best in Central Florida. I recently purchased a home. Less than a week after moving in the outdoor unit went out. Charles arrived within 30 min. and was able to get me back up and running. He is knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I was amazed with the level of serviced provided. Picked Charles from the reviews I read, and they were right. He is just a nice guy who cares about the quality of his work. He returned my initial call promptly and was able to work me in the same day. I needed an initial charge on a split DIY system I had installed. He is definitely on the top of the call list for any cooling issues. Thanks again Charles!

Highly recommend Charles. We called him late in the evening and he came the next day right away. He was very knowledgeable, was very quick, and very professional.
