I was very impressed by Justin. He was very courteous & professional. He let me know what was going on with my AC but showed me also . He explained everything so I could understand!! We came home to a hot house on June 28th at 4:30PM, which was a Friday before a major holiday, with no AC and Olympic came to the rescue within 30 minutes of us calling! Justin troubleshooted our system for a good while but was persistent and did not give up. He found a faulty part and fixed our AC with a professional demeanor and excellent customer service. We definitely recommend anyone who needs HVAC work done to call Olympic!
Justin and his team moved our ac unit outside to allow us room for a different project. We are very happy with the quality of his work and the promptness. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for sure!
I can not say enough good stuff about this company. The came the same day they were contacted and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours. I had been dealing with another company for 4 weeks and they had not fixed my air. This company will be my AC people from now on!
Justin is very kind and nice, but he is not experienced with heating system repairs. He relies on contacting other acquaintances in the industry and the manufacturers hotline to get the work done. Called him on a Monday before Christmas and paid $75 for the diagnostic. He agreed to do repair on Thursday, but texted order wasn’t completed so he would need to reschedule for Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon he installed the piece he said would resolve this issue, unfortunately it did not. $245 later we were still without heat on Christmas Day. When I contacted him, he stated he would continue to work on it, but he would understand if I wanted to go with someone else. Of course!!!! He’s now been paid and we are still without heat!! Please BEWARE. This guys compares working for homeowners to working for developers and corporations. He prefers new installs. We paid and tipped him $20 ( Christmas Spirit) and he didn’t deliver. In the end he was only willing to return $60. I am now having to find another vendor to complete the repair after wasting a week and $185 dollars with him. I hope this is helpful for everyone who gets paid hourly like me. We didn’t have money to just give away 2 days before Christmas. I’m so tired of these service companies ripping homeowners off. Good luck !!!
Olympic replaced my upstairs and downstairs AC units. Competitive price compared to place I was using. Olympic was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly. The install seems of good quality and the new units are working well. Plan to continue to use this business in the future.
