Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

I had the pleasure of having a service tech named Anthony today. He was super professional, very upfront with what he was going to do, and also took the time to show my husband and I the inside of the unit and what was wrong and explained how it all works. He was very knowledgeable. Anthony was upfront with cost of the repair. He also left the exterior of our handler cleaner than it was when he came! He went above and beyond what he needed to do. It was the best interaction with a repair I have had with Del-Air.

Priscilla, Libny were amazing and so professional. They were detailed and actually took the time to explain everything. I would prefer either one of them as my tech again.

Ironce came to do my routine maintenance. He had to go into my attic to get to the unit. He came out to tell me that he broke the stairs and he implied that he fixed them and all was well. A couple hours later I walk into the laundry room and my stairs are just dangling down into the room. He did not fix what he broke. I called for a manager 3 different times to have someone else come fix it but nobody ever answered or responded. I will NOT be using this unprofessional company ever again
