My mother-in-laws AC quit working on a Saturday afternoon and when I called, Roy came out Sunday morning and got it working again. Can’t thank you all enough for not only your quick turnaround, but your outstanding customer service!

I have a rental property in Deltona and my tenants call and said the ac was blowing hot air. I don’t live in deltona so I really don’t know anyone out there to call. So I called cool air now and they were able to get out to my property that evening and I called around 2:30pm and he was able to get out there by 6:30pm. I have to say they have a very good response time. Roy came out and fix the ac issue and got it back up and running for a reasonable price. It’s hard to find a good honest business theses days that don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I’m very impressed by this company and will be using them again if I ever need a ac company in the future. Thank you

Mr. Durkee was very responsive and arrived as scheduled. This is my second experience using his services, so it goes without saying that his services are of world class. He performed a preventive maintenance check of the unit(s) and made all the necessary adjustments to bring my unit to its most optimal operating condition.

First and foremost, BELIEVE all the positive reviews! Those are what won me over to select Cold Air Now, Inc in the first place. It turned out to be the best decision I have made in a long time. I called them on a Sunday at dinnertime, no less. I left a detailed message. Within no more than 5 minutes I received a call back from Samantha (who could not have been more pleasant to deal with!). In addition, she was able to schedule a service call for the next morning. And she couldn't have been nicer or more polite. I didn't get the impression that I was bothering her (as is often the case), but, rather, that she appreciated my business. That means a lot to me! Next morning, as promised, she promptly texted me and to confirm that a service tech named Alberto would be by at 10am. And he was right on time. He examined my whole system thoroughly, kindly explaining the function of all the components (better yet, in layman's terms that were understandable). I was further impressed by how, when he determined the cause of the trouble, he pretty much gave me an inspection report on my system, yet he never tried to sell me anything. He left to pick up a new blower motor to install and actually drove 40 miles to Orlando (I live in Deltona) to make sure to get the exact replacement part! He never tried to jerry-rig some cheap aftermarket part to my HVAC system. Alberto was very professional the entire time, even going as far as useful suggestions to keep my system running to save me money! If you are beginning to think that I am well-pleased with my experience. I most certainly am! You can take that to the bank! (in fact 'well-pleased' is actually an understatement). Do NOT hesitate to give this company a chance. You can BELIEVE all the reviews. And after my dealings with Samantha and Alberto, I have no doubt that you will be compelled to write them a positive review of your own. As for myself, I am relieved to have found these people. Old school honesty, ethics, friendliness, and professionalism is STILL alive and well! Thanks, folks! I am a customer for life....

Excellent service!! They quickly assessed my problem and I had a replacement part installed in a short amount a time for a good price. Very friendly and will definitely use them again for my A/C service needs.

Totally good experience replacing air conditioning after 4 days with 94+ temperature 100-+ heat index. Roy is knowledgable, experienced, courteous, prompt and efficient. He presents excellent systems for house, and shows great expertise in installation. He also responds quickly for service needs. Totally recommend Roy for your next Heat/Air problem.

Roy was actually early which was great. He explained what he was doing and why. He was professional and very thorough. He fixed the issue quickly and things are working great. I highly recommend Roy and his team.

Samantha and Roy were great! Samantha’s customer service was excellent. Roy showed up right when Samantha said he would and had everything fixed and ready to go within a couple hours. Definitely will use again!

The team did a wonderful job completely updating our ducting, using their experience to reoptimize airflow in our house. At one point they did step through the ceiling and they had it cleaned up, fixed, and painted the same day.

I was in need of having a Reme Halo LED installed at my home. I did not have a HVAC company that I worked with so I looked up companies on line. I called many companies and had to leave messages. When I called Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc, Samantha answered the phone. She was very knowledgeable about the product that I was requesting and said that she would have Roy, her husband, order the product and give me a call. Roy called me and said that he already ordered the product and would pick it up the same day and even though he had a job to do the next day he could install the Halo at 9am the next morning. He showed up at 9am ready to install the Halo. That was awesome service. He had experience installing Halo and performed a great installation. He was very professional. We had questions about our air conditioner drain and ducting and he took the time to help us with them. The price of the Halo was very good. We definitely will be using Synergy Heating and Cooling in the future and recommend that you use their services also.

James was very professional and explained everything that was being done. It was my first time utilizing this company and I was pleased with their service.

I had an annual service from someone I had used for years in February. Had a capacitor replaced . Air went out this week, Used Synergy this April for a new replacement air conditioning system and thought I would have them service this rental, Well same part was needed, first guy must have used an old new part from his truck. Synergy air is now my air conditioning company from now on! Very happy with service and professionalism.

Highly recommend Roy for whatever AC issues you have. They are super quick to respond, even on the weekends! Roy is extremely knowledgeable about the AC system! He explains everything and his work is the best!

I highly recommend Synergy/ Deltona. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. The Synergy Crew arrived on time & replaced my old non-functioning AC unit & air handler with an awesome Ruud system in one day! They were clean, professional, precise and knowledgeable and never complained while completing the installation in 100 degree heat.
