Vicente was knowledgeable about, and thorough in explaining the workings of, our refridgerator.

The technician that came over to my home was really professional and did explain everything in details of the issue.

The men that repaired my refrigerator seemed to really care about me as a customer.

BIGA Appliances has earned my respect and trust. Vicente is a no-nonsense, results-focused young man who’s genuinely concerned with resolving the problem rather than racking up big bucks. The team took my dryer completely apart to diagnose the problem, quoted the very reasonable repair cost, explained and displayed the cause of the issue, fixed the problem, put it back together perfectly, tested the system, and all in under an hour! I highly recommend Vicente and VIGA Appliances because they know what they’re doing and get it done Thank you Vicente and Pablo for your wonderful service and work ethic. Mary

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vicente from Viga Appliance, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! A few weeks ago, he came to fix my washer, and just as I needed, he returned to handle an unexpected issue with my refrigerator. Vicente was punctual, polite, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly identified the problems and fixed everything efficiently.

Not only does he do excellent work, but his prices are also fair, which made the entire experience stress-free. Whether it's for a washer, refrigerator, or any other appliance, I highly recommend Vicente from Viga Appliance for his outstanding service and professionalism. If you're looking for someone you can trust, he's the one!
