Overall great experience. Very professional and work done in a timely manner.

We did a remodeling of our kitchen. It came out beautifully. Our next project is our guest bathroom, we are going to use again MAV Renovations

MAV went above and beyond our expectations, Miguel and his team are beyond professional, whenever I would feel lost or overwhelmed with what I wanted or needed he was there to guide me and give me a best suggestions! I will for sure be contacting MAV for my next home project!

Very happy and satisfied with the results of the modification done to tha Master bedroom and bath. Miguel was very professional and courteous and done in time for the party even with the unforseen minor set back. Will recommend MAV Renovations to anyone who ask. Thank you Miguel.

Glad I decided to got with MAV, vey professional as the project was delivered on time and great attention to detail. Special thanks to Miguel who really helps by knowing about materials, which is a plus as we felt comfortable following his recommendations. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a good remodeling job, for a fair price, but without the headaches of contractors that do not deliver on their promise.

Outstanding renovation experience!
This company truly made my dream home a reality. They took the time to make sure every detail was perfect — from the flooring, kitchen, and electrical work to the air conditioning, plumbing, doors, and closets. The quality of their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. They were always dedicated, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. The pricing was also very fair for the level of quality delivered.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled renovation team. Absolutely five stars!

Wise Building Technologies is one of our main contractors providing Fire Protection Services. We are extremely satisfied with their current service.

Wise provides excellent support, quality reports with relevant information, their team members are very knowledgeable of their job duties, provides excellent feed-back and recommendations. They definitely add value to our facilities, and also excellent monitoring services as well.

The Company and staff bring excellent leadership, they are always positive, upbeat, talented staff, and very knowledgeable.

We look forward maintaining good business relationship with Wise, and appreciate their commitment to Aventura Mall. Always willing to go above and beyond their scope of work to assist their client.

I cannot speak to the quality of your services or products, but the drivers representing your company are a serious hazard. While driving on the highway, one of your trucks with your company logo (license plate 68EEUE) nearly caused an accident in a merge area. The driver drove recklessly and did not stop or respond after I honked. I hope this guy never drives again

Wise Technology saved the day! We had an electrical emergency and they were able to come out the same day. The technician was quick, courteous, and fixed the problem perfectly. I also appreciate how clean and organized they were during and after the job. Will definitely be using them again!

I really appreciate how honest and transparent Wise Technology was throughout the whole process. No surprise fees, just quality work at a fair price. They took the time to walk me through the fire and alarm system setup and answered all my questions. Excellent company with great people!

WISE Building Technology showed true professionalism. They installed a new burglary alarm at the Jewish Museum- FIU in Miami Beach and took the time to clearly explain how the system works. The team was patient, attentive, and answered every question from the museum staff. I highly recommend their services.
