I found Eloy Leon from Desscon after 7 months of back and forth between the city and I. After meeting him my life changed. He is a very positive, self confident person. There wasn’t a problem during the process that he would not tell me: ”don’t worry we will solve it” (no te preocupes eso se resuelve). Every time that I called him he answered immediately or would send me a message saying he’d call as soon as possible. He always did. Finding Eloy Leon was the best thing that happened to me during this process. I am very happy with my new office and every patient that comes in tells me how beautiful it looks. Eloy really knows how to create a nice dental environment and make patients and Dentists happy.

Desscon builders were recommended by a colleague of mine. My husband and I had no idea were to begin with our project, and Desscon builders made everything so easy , organized and fast from submitting our permits to finishing our dream Dental office . We are so blessed to have found them . We are defiantly looking forward to working with them in the near future . I highly 100% recommended them 🙌🏻💥👏🏻👌🏼

This is the first time I build an office with Mr. Leon. Previously built my dental office with another contractor and the experience was nightmarish. I hear this is common when building a dental office. I thought about it long and hard before committing to building my second location. I was very thorough on my search for a new contractor. I only accepted bids from reputable dental office contractors from my area. Mr. Eloy Leon, was a cut above all of them, not only in his fees, but also in the way he presented his services. The thing that impressed me the most was his knowledge and the fact he personally came to the space and measured every inch, compared to the plans, and even before me signing, showed me several errors the architect had made.
After I accepted I was pleasantly surprised by his client-first attitude. Always ahead of schedule, his employees are clean, courteous and reliable. He won't send just two guys to do everything, he will always send an entire crew! Work gets done on time, correctly, after-hours if needed. They work weekends, holidays. They will do anything to get the work done on time. I got photo updates of the entire process, since I was busy at my other location. Never heard of any issues, he was always proactive and got things resolved before I got a chance to even hear about it. When the time came for dental equipment installation, everything was ready. If installers needed anything additional done, he sent his guys the same day! Even the Patterson Dental installers and execs were impressed!
I had 9 months of rent abatement and he got the office finished in 5 months, but only because a different company I used for cabinets, were very slow. If I had to do it again, I would use Mr. Leon's guys. It was a pleasure building this office, he has very good energy and attitude. I could go for pages on this review. There is no other contractor like him in South Florida.

I had the pleasure of meeting Eloy Leon through a mutual friend and not only was he professional from day one he helped me correct many problems I was facing and really had no idea how to fix .He helped me in my first project and guided me in the right direction from day one, he is an expert in his field . He understands dentist and make sure we are comfortable in our work environment , it’s almost like he went to dental school for ergonomic configurations of your dental space . I trust Eloy so much I am having him construct my third office in less than six months , if you need a dental contractor trust Desscon Builders .Many claim they know the dental field but few really do make sure you work with someone that knows what there doing and Eloy is the one . Thank you Eloy for all your help

If you re looking for a dental contractor you have found your match. Desscon Builders and Eloy, have gone above and beyond for me in creating my dental office dream. They pay attention to the most minuscule details to make your office "home". No detail was left untouched. From the blue prints to the CO he made sure that everything was taken into account which left me with no surprises. Unlike other builders, he has already taken into consideration all the things you need for your office without you even being aware. Eloy also makes sure to build your office with an outlook for the future and making sure everything he uses is of top quality. I researched and spoke with many different businesses for my job and no one quite got it. The other builders did not have the time and patience that Eloy does. The project was completed in a timely manner and without any major flaws. If Eloy gives you a time you can be assured that it will be completed. From start to finish he was always readily available to answer your call/text/emails and discuss any matters at hand. Eloy is a man of his word and that is far and few between in these ages. I personally invite anyone interested in the quality of Desscon's work to reach out to me or come by my office to be in awe for your self. Feel free to visit my office website (Brighter Smiles in Cape Coral) where I will soon have a 3d virtual tour

I don't know of any dentist who does not dream to build an office to his own specs. That office should not only allow you to work comfortable, but it must look amazing. Thank to Eloy Leon we were able to make the office of our dreams a reality. Our project was not easy. We had to completely gut out the premises and build out everything from scratch. Over 4000 square feet of construction and finished ahead of schedule, all in less than 3 months!
Even that Mr. Leon guaranteed his work for a year, after celebrating our four-year anniversary we had not encountered any problems with the work he completed. Also, after 4 years there is not a single week that goes by without getting a compliment from a patient or a dental rep regarding the beauty of our facility. There is not a single day that I walk into my office and feel great about practicing dentistry in a location design for my unique needs. This was made possible by meeting with Eloy. He listened to my wish list and then helped me with a design that accommodate all my needs. I cannot stress enough the importance of bringing him early on your plans to build the office. By doing so you will save time, money, and aggravation. Eloy and his team members are very knowledgeable regarding dentist needs and demands. They were punctual and construction site was very clean.
With our new location I have been able to work much more efficiently and profitable. The only regret that I have is not had done this office years ago. Don't be scared about the money it cost to build an office. My office paid itself in less than two years with the increase revenue it had generated. You spend more time in your office than in your house but still don't have a problem living in a big house and driving an expensive car. My question to you is where did you got the money to pay for that nice car and big house? Do yourself, staff and patients a favor, call Eloy Leon today! Also tell him to bring you by my office. Get excited about dentistry. There is no better profession that ours.

Definitely the best dental contractor you'll find in South Florida. Eloy and his team are extremely committed to make the building project a peaceful experience; more than just a contractor Eloy acts as your friend and helps you out on every single detail that needs to be considered when your are building or remodeling your dream dental office, from designing and maximizing the use of all spaces to finishing every little detail with passion and good attitude when you request a change. Price is extremely fair and no last minute surprises on your bill. Another great thing about Eloy is that he is always available to answer you any question or request, when you call him he always pick up the phone or return the call within minutes. Thank you Eloy and Desscon for building my office.

Choosing Eloy and the entire Dessconbuilders team to build our office was the best decision. Quality, Speed and Responsibility are among the many qualities that I could mention. In each step we had the necessary guidance and support. We were very satisfied with the results. 100% Recommended.

I am very happy with the work done on my new office by Desscon Builders! They made my dream office come to life. Eloy was so helpful along the way and was always there to answer any questions or concerns at all hours of the day. I would definitely recommend him. He is very trustworthy and definitely knows his field!

We recently finished our new dental practice with DESSCON Builders and I can’t explain how satisfied we are. This is a company that takes great pride in what they offer to the dental professionals.
From the moment we started our office design to the time we got our door open to patients the experience was always pleasant.
Eloy is the most patient And understanding General Contractor I know, always available and willing to solve any unexpected situation, the whole entire group is professional, dedicated and responsible.
Despite of the pandemic and the difficulties we found throughout the project, the construction was finished in a timely manner and with great materials and finishes.
All my patients are very happy and enjoying our beautiful practice and the high quality work they did.
I highly recommend them if you are thinking to build your dream office as I did.

Deciding to expand dental practices to new locations amid these times is challenging. However, Eloy León, with his entire work team, made our dream come true and knew how to maintain their quality and excellence in detail during these times. Although finding a team specialized in dental practices is not easy, it is not a project for any GC or architect; you get everything local and of excellent quality with them. Los duros!
