Had maid pros come to my house today Brenda was fantastic clean my 4 bed 3 half bath to the tee . House smells and looks great would recommen maid pros for anyone looking for a good company

Silvia did a fenomenal job on the area she completed. However the job I paid for was not finished. I paid to have all my windows and ceiling fans cleaned. Ceiling fans were completed. However, only the second floor windows were done. This should be done by the job and not by the hour. As soon as the three hours were done the person left. Job was not completed. FYI, Keep track of starting and stopping time.

I've used MaidPro for years and am very happy with their customer service and members. When I arrived home today, Silvia had done an amazing job cleaning the house! Thank you Silvia!

We hired MaidPro for a move-out clean and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Saudy was extremely thorough, professional, kind and courteous. We keep marveling at how absolutely clean and sparking our apartment is. The scheduling process and payment process has also been easy!

Zuleyka has been cleaning my apartment for a couple months now and does a very nice job! It is such a nice feeling to come home from work and have my apartment so clean and comfortable. Some of the best money I've ever spent. Zuleyka also leaves little artistic designs behind (for example, will fold towels in a certain way or decorate my bed with the duvet and pillows in an interesting way, see pictures below) that add a nice little touch and make my home seem more luxurious :)

I have not used any other maid services in the past for comparison, but the overall experience I've had with MaidPro has been very good. They were very prompt to respond to phone calls and set up a cleaning schedule. They are very organized and easy to get in contact with. They also provide all the cleaning supplies so you do not have to provide anything. They were also very thoughtful of the fact that I have pets and reassured me that the cleaning products they use are pet-friendly.

Leonor was our new cleaner today and she was awesome. She was very thorough. Also very nice and warm to my kids. I love how my house smells after Maidpro cleans it. Been using them for a year now and loving it.

My girlfriend and I had struggled to find a reliable and affordable home cleaning service in Miami for a while, and are so happy we finally found one. We've been extremely happy with the service MaidPro has provided. Our home was noticeably more beautiful after their visit, and Veronica's extra touches like arranging charger cords and throw pillows and leaving a candle and note made a world of difference. I'd recommend them without hesitation for excellent service and value.

This was my first time using a professional cleaning service and I can't believe I did not call them sooner! We were moving into a new house that needed A LOT of deep cleaning, and the wonderful professionals at MaidPro went above and beyond in making a our new home pristine! I was very thrilled with the cleaning conducted by Yoli, Maria, and Mara and look forward to continue to have them clean our home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did really good job on cleaning and customer service is excellent too. But I hope whoever read this review could be aware of they will charge TRAVEL FEE and, they will ask for tips after the cleaning. Of course I always tip 15-18% of the total amount because I would like to but I don't like the business try to make me tip. And the travel fee doesn't make any sense I have to pay $12 more for them coming and make money from me. Anyways just be aware that your final bill will be more than what you thought.

I have never used a cleaning service before MaidPro, and I am very impressed with their services. Yoli cleaned my apartment and she did a fantastic job! She was very thorough, paid attention to detail, and very professional. While she was cleaning, I was working on laundry, and she noticed that I was having some trouble breaking up some hardened detergent and without me asking for help, she offered it kindly. This proves that she goes above and beyond her job requirements and truly cares that her customers are happy. I would highly recommend both Yoli and MaidPro to my friends and family!

I love this company because they provide very good training to their staff. I am very lucky to have Yoli assigned to my apartment. Her work is so detailed and is amazing how good and fast she works. What would take me 4 hours to clean, she does in 2 hours. The prices are great. It’s so good to go home and see my home sparkling. The management is great too. Omar is very professional and responsive.

I love Maid Pro. After a long busy day, the last thing I want to do is clean my house. Lucky me Maid Pro offers great service and I absolutely think Yoli is the best. She leaves my house smelling so good and spotless. Very consistent with the good service. Highly recommended.
