In this place as it is private they serve the new customers as they want, I called this morning to “buy” a new AHU RHEEM R-410A and spoke with Erica in the front desk which gave me the price and I took the order, when I arrive there after drove for more that an hour they tell me that they can’t sell me the unit, because at that moment the owner said that he don’t want to sell unit separately, UNBELIEVABLE. At the moment I spoke with Erica we take off the old AHU from my client’s house, I asked to talk to the owner because maybe he can do an exemption but he refused talk to me, they are not professionals at all of course they are privately repealed the right to do whatever they want, I do not recommend this place to any Mechanical contractor from the south of Florida ...

Very unprofessional service. I was told equipment was available, and after scheduling installation with my client, I was informed it was actually out of stock. This caused unnecessary delays and damaged my company’s credibility.

Hands down the best air conditioning repair and maintenance company in South Florida. They attended to my emergency at 10 PM on Friday, when everyone else was closed or I would have to wait until the following Monday without A/C. Jose (the owner) is very professional and knows his job. Also, they only charge you for what they do. They don't try to make you change the whole system if you don't have to. I recommend them 100%!
