We bought a new house in Doral and the inspection showed the AC was on its last legs. Called several companies for quotes on AC Repairs and full replacement. RiverCool gave the most detailed explanation and best warranty. They removed the ancient unit, installed the new one, added UV lights and even fixed some duct issues we didn’t know about. House stays perfectly cool and the air feels cleaner. Worth every penny.

My elderly mom’s AC stopped during the heat wave. RiverCool Doral AC Repairs moved her to the top of the list when I explained the situation. Fixed capacitor and cleaned coils same day, no charge for after-hours call. Mom keeps saying how nice and patient the technician was with her questions. You guys are angels.

Power surge after a storm fried my outside unit. Insurance was dragging their feet so I paid out of pocket for speed. RiverCool had new condenser installed next day. Filed the claim for me and I got reimbursed fully. Above and beyond service. Cool house and money back – can’t beat that!
