if you try damaged item they will not take it or give you any type of credit, managers refuses to speak with client indicating that you signed for the items. after spending over 5k with them they would not even credit part of an item that cost over $700. Had to buy it again but went with another supplier, will not return to FW Supply. dissatisfied customer.

I called Giovanni who l think is manager. Give me a good price for water heater stuck to his word. Don't think of going anywhere else this is the place to go for plumbing supplies.

A musty smell was coming from the kitchen drain. The specialist cleaned the trap and cleared buildup further down. The kitchen smells fresh again.

Repiping improved water pressure throughout the house. The plumber replaced corroded pipes, ensured proper slope and tested every fixture. Water now flows consistently everywhere.

I called this business to fix my shower pressure issue. The plumber diagnosed the problem instantly and replaced what was needed. It’s been perfect since. Great coordination and quick turnaround.

Preventive plumbing maintenance was completed thoroughly by their tech. All pipes were inspected and practical advice was given. I feel confident in my system now.
