I had the pleasure of working with Eco Home Restoration and Cleaning about three months ago after we dealt with some unexpected water damage, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I called them. From the very start, they were incredibly knowledgeable — they walked me through the entire process and made what felt like an overwhelming situation so much easier to handle. On top of that, they were super responsive and always available when I had questions.
If you’re dealing with any kind of property damage or navigating an insurance claim, these are absolutely the people you want in your corner. They clearly know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I had a smoke damage accident and Alex took such good care of me! If the accident needs immediate attention he builds his schedule around you the best he can! He also is very considerate of keeping prices affordable and doing only what is necessary. Hard to find a standup guy in Florida but my experience with Alex couldn't have been better. Alex and his team were prompt, courageous and clean. We used Eco Home to help us solve a moisture/mold problem. Once they started removing the wet drywall from the ceilings, we discovered the problem. There was no insulation! Eco Home cleaned and sprayed the wet wood trusses then used dehumidifiers and air scrubbers to dry them out. They used containment barriers and cleaned up each day. He’s a hard worker and stand-up guy.
We really appreciated the work he and his team did!

I noticed some buildup in my bathrooms and Alex who is the owner was referred to me. Initially, when I called Alex, he missed my call however he called me right back within minutes. I explained my situation to him, and he took his time to explain to me the process and how it all works. Even though he was not able to conduct the tests since most of his jobs are down south and I’m further north in Florida. He made sure he referred me to Jonathan with Top Tier Testing.

When I called Jonathan though he initially missed my call, he called me back within an hour. Within a couple of days, Jonathan was at my house and my house was tested. Jonathan was friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable, he even helped me look at my homeowner’s policy, which went way above and beyond.

The process was easy, it was fast and it was simple. Thankfully, I don’t have any mold in my home however I am grateful that I connected with Alex and Jonathan because they have given me great service and tips on how to keep my house, mold and mildew free in the future. I would definitely recommend Eco Home and Restoration and Top Tier Testing.

Truly had a great experience with Alex and his team. Alex is very helpful, transparent, and available to answer any questions. He walked me through the whole process with mold remediation and was onsite to do the work as well. A blessing to work with him.

Alex was prompt, courteous and great customer service. He did a mold test in my home. He explained everything on how i could fix the issue which thankfully was not mold. Highly recommend.
