Reviews of local pros in Doral, Florida

Our cast iron pipes were deteriorating and leaking under our foundation. Ralph from Hernandez Plumbing did an assessment to replace all drain pipes in our home. He was phenomenal in every way. He created a plan that would cause the least amount of disruption, one with more than adequate (and better than current) drainage, and with a reasonable price and timeline. His expertise was second to none in the quotes we receive and his honest prevailed, steering us away from cheap options that would not last. When it came time for the work they were in and out in under two weeks, masked the entire house, took incredible care of our home, were on time each day, and gave a full progress report at the end of each day. They made it clear when we could be in the home and when we could use water. Best of all they treated us like family, so much so that we gave them a key to the house so they could enter anytime they needed. We had complete trust in them and their crew of professionals. I will never use another plumber as long as I am in the area. Hats off to Ralph, Marlon, and their team as we could not have asked for a better experience.

Super happy with Hernandez Plumbing, They were on time, super professional, and really fast to solving. You can tell they know what they’re doing, and they made sure everything was perfect before wrapping up. The attention and care they put into their work really stood out. Honestly, it’s hard to find service this good nowadays,, I’m really glad I called them!

Highly recommend!

The representative for the company was on time and very pleasant. His work was don't with the time he said, and the quality was also outstanding, would us them again.

Jorge from Hernández plumbing did an amazing job at my house taking care of a couple leaks. Very professional covered up our cabinets and floor for protection. Very honest and I would definitely recommend him as the Cuban people say “con los ojos cerrao” Thank you! Stay real

We had a claim from an insurance company on our tankless water heater. Within two days the serviceman was at our house. He completed the job in a very timely fashion.

Great service and very professional. Yovani and Alexis the installers are awesome and very professional. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

I only write reviews occasionally, but after contacting and hiring Hernandez Plumbing, I felt I needed to write one to express what an outstanding company they are. I have never hired anyone, throughout all my projects, that compares to Hernandez Plumbing. I was so impressed top to bottom, from the dispatcher to the manager to the plumbing technicians, I have never been more impressed by a company before. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail stood out.
I had a busted pipe within the walls of my condo. After consulting with Marlon of Hernandez Plumbing, I opted for a re-pipe of the entire condo. The team at Hernandez Plumbing Company responded immediately, scheduled a same-day visit, and arrived exactly on time and finished the job ahead of time. The plumbing technicians(J & R) were highly skilled but also incredibly respectful, courteous and attentive to our needs. They took the time to explain every step of the process, showed us what they were doing, and worked efficiently and nonstop to resolve the issue.
What impressed me most was their transparency and integrity. There were no hidden fees, no upselling—just honest, high-quality work that needed to be performed, done right the first time. They even went above and beyond, fixing a minor issue we hadn’t noticed, and then restored the drywall where I did not need to go hire anyone else.
It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, reliability, and genuine customer care. If you’re looking for a EXCEPTIONAL plumbing company that values your time, treats your home with respect, and delivers top-notch results, I suggest you look no further than Hernandez Plumbing. I won’t call anyone else for plumbing services going forward.

I had a great experience with Hernandez Plumbing! Jorge was very professional and helpful. He stuck around to make sure everything was working well and looked into plumbing elsewhere just to be sure. Truly went above and beyond. If you want great service, look no further!

This morning I woke up to a completely clogged kitchen sink drain. I found Hernandez Plumbing on google and I contacted them. The appointment scheduling process was done quickly and without hassle. Yovani arrived at my property and was absolutely excellent. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He was very thorough and his expertise showed. He was very clean and organized and I would highly recommend their services.

So happy with Hernandez Plumbing. After receiving an enormously high water bill, we contacted Hernandez Plumbing to find out the cause of the. They referred us to Total Care Restoration for leak detection and once it was found, that same day, Marlon came over to check the damage, gave me a reasonable quote and the next day had the burst pipe replaced in just a few hours. I was very very happy with their services and quick work and would recommend to anyone.

Yovani is absolutely incredible! We had a complex plumbing issue with our main valve that several companies refused to take on. Yovani not only stepped up to the challenge but also dedicated an entire day, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, to ensure the job was done perfectly. On top of that, he helped us replace the shower pipes in my son's bathroom. His work exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Yovani and the team at Hernandez Plumbing. They're true professionals!

Jorge was extremely professional and did a wonderful job! Hernandez plumbing has gotten me out of some tough situations in my older Miami home. Great water heater install to update my 20+ yr old unit.

Outstanding service by this company. I had two issues at our facility and Hernandez plumbing solved them both quickly and efficiently.

I call Marlon and his crew including Pablo my guarding angels. I had a leak that nobody could figure out for over a month and these guys figured it out in a day and repaired it all. I will always be calling them for any issues I have in my apartment (hopefully no more though). They are the best.

Giovani was our very polite and professional plumber. Came in a timely manner and was very thorough at explaining everything. I recommend this business.

My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space.

I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research.

I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.

My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy. His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics.

The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself.

Hernandez Plumbing has a customer (and fan) for life.

0 stars. I made a plumber appointment for 3:00pm today. They then told me it was a 3:00p to 4:00p window. A little before 4:00p, no one showed up or called. So, I called to confirm time of arrival. The operator tried to reach the plumber, but couldn't reach the plumber. 2 different calls, I was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes. But, I did not. From there, this business ghosted me, no one answered the phone; no one showed up to perform the work. I left several messages with the answering service, no answer. Horrible experience. No work performed.

I called Hernandez Plumbing Co. after seeing them as a plumber near me. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. I would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

A technician came out on a Sunday and did such a great job and did a great job in explaining everything. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate in calling them again. Thank you for the great service.

They replaced my water heater in a fast and efficient manner. Yosvany and his assistant were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hernandez Plumbing.

Jorge was very professional and patient. Took his time to explain everything and how to use the new installed tankless water heater. Excellent work
