I recently had Infinity Safety Homes install high-impact windows and doors in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the best options for my needs. The installation process was seamless, and I instantly felt a difference in the comfort and security of my home. The windows not only look fantastic, enhancing my property’s curb appeal, but they’ve also made my house more energy-efficient and much safer against storms. Highly recommend Infinity Safety Homes for anyone looking to protect and beautify their home!

Worst company to do the roof. I signed with them back in June 2024, we are almost on January 2025 and nothing yet. They always lie to you over the phone regarding the permits, 6 months already and there is not permit register at the city department. Half of the people that worked there left, so the website is not updated. At this time, I don’t even know who works there and who’s is charge of my project. They were supposed to put a tarp on my roof in the mean time, and they cant even put it right. They came 4 times already and nothing. Don’t trust this people, maybe the subcontractor for the windows is better, but for the roof, and the people in charge of the permits are the worst. I have pieces of the tarp all over my neighborhood, they can’t even clean it. Now, I have to spend more money to clean the area, and to fix my ceiling because they can’t put the tarp right.

Vince was a man of his word. I got to a point in the process where I didn't have to worry about anything. While this process to replace roof and windows started after my mother died and insurance on house was cancelled, Citizens wouldn't renew insurance unless these changes were made and I'm happy to have met Vince and entrust him with helping us through this process.

We had a great experience with Infinity Safety Homes. We had our metal roof, gutters and garage door installed and the did an awesome job. The communication and follow up on their part was on point. Kudos to Diego/Sales rep, Linda/customer service rep and Minerva/Project Manager.

What an incredible journey it has been! Partnering with a proficient, efficient, and trustworthy company truly transformed my experience. After enduring a long and exhausting battle with my insurance company over a roof replacement, I felt drained and disheartened. That’s when I discovered Vincenzo and his remarkable team, and everything changed for the better.

The entire process of removing and replacing my roof was seamless; I didn’t have a single worry or concern. Their professionalism and communication were simply outstanding! It’s no exaggeration when I say that finding a company like this is rare. If you’re searching for a reliable and dedicated team, look no further—give them a call! They genuinely care about their clients and provide a level of service that is unparalleled. You won’t be disappointed!

The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail. They were respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, not only do they look beautiful, but I already feel the difference in insulation and security.
Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and they answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I have to note That Santiago was more than consistent and took amazing care of all our needs.
