Bill was prompt, professional, and completed the job as we requested. Will definitely call again should we need sprinkler work done.

I would not use this company. I called for a quote on a Tuesday for my mother’s sprinkler system. Bill went out and performed work without giving me an estimate. My elderly mother was home. Bill spoke to my mother and her neighbor. He told them he had the sprinkler system working but only manually. He said the line was cut and wouldn’t work with timer until he replaced the wire. He said he had some at his shop and would be back Friday. He text me a few pictures then called me about the bill for 268.00. He told me about the wire needing replaced and he would be back Friday to fix. He never mentioned anything to me or my mother about additional charges. He text me on Friday saying now would be Monday or Tuesday. I wasn’t very happy because I paid him already and sprinkler would only work by turning on manually. I text him on Saturday saying he needs to come back Monday and my mom should be his top priority. This is what he texted me back. Honey you only paid me for repairing and installing the parts you had read the receipt your mother has it's $120 for 60 ft of wire and it's $100 from you to put it in I gotta crawl under your trailer I'm sorry you're confused and I may have said I had wire at the shop but I didn't have 60 foot of it I had to buy more wire LOL. So he came back Monday and ran the wire above the ground instead of crawling under manufactured home. So now the wire can be cut because it’s exposed. I ask him to show me all the zones were working. There was one that wasn’t working. He said he doesn’t know what to tell me. I told him I paid him to get the sprinkler system working. He checked the head and there was dirt inside. He got it to work. I would not recommend him to anyone. He’s very shady. You always give the customer a quote and make sure they are aware of charges before performing any work. He also wanted cash for his second visit which I paid him from my bank account but I had to ask him for a receipt. He says in his text above he had to crawl under home which he didn’t do and charged me for it. There’s lots of good companies that provide same service who are honest, professional, and takes care of the customers. Bill didn’t do this! I’m dissatisfied with his work.

Had a sticky valve on irrigation system and several areas with spray hitting the house. ABC was very responsive, was able to repair the valves and adjust all areas of the irrigation. They went through all zones and replaced or fixed the heads. Was very happy with their persistence and detail. Will definitely use them in the future.
