So I work off of pet lane in the executive offices passing LMP’s corner lot. Leaving work this evening I turn onto Wesley chapel Blvd (SR54) and upon my leaving a LMP truck is attempting to head home as well (I assume). The gentlemen driving what appeared to be a Chevy pickup truck decided because I left Pet Ln. first and it held him up from leaving that he would Flip me the bird for this terrible inconvience. Highly unprofessional behavior and shame on your staff for projecting that type of image. I’m curious the response that I will receive from this as I’m sure you do not care how he acts, seeing that he did this in a decalled vehicle. Incredible.

Parked in front of my driveway to the point that I couldn’t park at my own house and the trash people couldn’t collect trash. I called their number and the first phone call they transferred me to someone’s voicemail. The second time some lady put me on hold for a few minutes asked for me number and said they would call me later. I never received a phone call. It shows that they have poor customer service skills in a service industry. I would never use them for my landscaping. It’s honestly a shame that I can’t give them 0 stars. They didn’t even deserve the 1 they received.

Horrible company!! Would NOT recommend ever using this company.
We used them for 5 years and last year they got rid of a bunch of their main management or something and everything changed.
They promised and never came through, they never showed up, their service became very bad. We talked with several of their management both in person , on phone, and by email with reasons given by them why they were not performing . They never got better We are a multi million dollar company with over 400 employees and LMP cut and took care of our properties for the last 5 years until last month. Highly recommend to not use them!

We hired LMP 3+ years ago and they have been a fantastic company to work with! Our Account Manager is very responsive and proactive. They have turned our landscape around significantly. I would recommend to anyone!

I live in hawks point west and LMP was mowing the grass and they shot a rock through my door glass I immediately called police and showed them security footage from camera and tracked down supervisor they were still cutting grass he said he couldn't believe it's one of his employees so he reviewed camera footage and said he would handle situation they he said he would be out of town for few days but he didn't even report Incident I called HOA and made report they said they would take care of things I gave them all Into but they never did anything good luck trying to reach HOA at hawks point or their corporate division or anyone. also don't try to contact LMP they won't call you or answer your calls bottom line is I had door glass repaired myself. I can't drive around without a door glass

My subdivision contracted landscape Maintenance professionals Inc to cut the community grass. One of the employees hit my back fence and put two holes in it and tire marks and scrapes all the way down my fence. I immediately notified my HOA. My HOA email Brian Mortillaro the Pasco branch manager of the Wesley Chapel Florida Division. When Brian Mortillaro came to my house, he immediately started denying that his company did the damage without seeing the damage fence ( I have video of that my ring doorbell caught at) I then proceeded to take Brian Mortillaro to the backyard it showed him the fence that was damaged from his employee. Brian look at the fence without moving from one spot it said " I don't think my guy did this just doesn't look like it's from a lawn mower" I told Brian I knew someone was going to try something like this but I have cameras pointing in this direction and I have it on video your employee hitting my fence. I think showed Brian Mortillaro the video. Brian said " oh yeah yeah he hit it. I know who it is and he's going to pay for the fence ( meaning the guy who hit the fence) Brian Mortillaro then mailed my HOA and told them it was just a little scratch (Brian Mortillaro did not know my email was attached to the email he replied to.) So I replied back and also send pictures showing the two holes and tire marks and how deep the gashes was. So Brian Mortillaro reply back to me "I seen a video and I know he hit the fence just get an estimate." I got the estimate which was $350 to fix the fence and I immediately emailed it to Brian Mortillaro. Almost a week later Bryant emailed me back and says "thank you but I only need an estimate for one post only" they have the word professionals add it to their companies name. There is nothing professional about a company who's employee damage someone else's property and the management refuse to fix it. I wonder how many other people this company has done this to? My first house and I have to remember it by a landscaping company damaging my fence. Just made a year living here. Thanks Brian Mortillaro Pasco branch manager...seems like this company has no worries about having a bad reviews about its company. You're willing to fix a post but the holes In the fence did not get there on its own. But as I came see from the reviews this company has. I'm not the only one that got screwed out of damage your company did. Professional? PROFESSIINAL MY A$$. We use this company for our community. Their communication is horrible. We try to address irrigation issues that based on their contract, they were supposed to monitor once a month. They did not do that. We looked at the irrigation 3 months to see if they were doing their job. They were not. They also charged us for 73 annuals, and we only got 53. They also decided since we were no longer going to be with them. After 2 years they were going to just stop doing our landscaping maintenance. Once they received a termination letter even though we gave them the cancelation time that was requested on their contract. They were supposed to stop July 31,2025 they stopped immediately made our place look horrible. This is truly not what you get for your pay.As they were the highest landscaping quote we received, we thought that they would do a good job.

LMP drove their mower between my home and my neighbor's home, which was too narrow to drive through. They crushed my downspout and downspout pads as well as my neighbor's. I reported this to my HOA on July 29, and it still hasn't been repaired 6 weeks later. They left my backyard uncut x 3 weeks. They cut it yesterday, no edging or trimming, and still leaving parts totally uncut. Our community looks terrible since they took over landscaping. They need to be fired. I am forced to give a 1 star rating, they deserve 0.

Mr Adams came out and quoted the job and it went exactly as he said. They completed the job just as discussed and the site was left clean. We are very happy with the results.

The work was completed by experienced employees next to fences around the yard. They were careful at planning how to remove the tree piece by piece without damage to anything near it. Great Job !!

James removed 3 huge oaks, 2 of which were extremely close to our Home, and the other touches our driveway. Absolutely no damage, cleaned up when complete. Showed up on time early all 3 days!!! Professional, friendly, honest. I just can’t say enough!!!!! Thank You!!!

James and his crew have done several jobs for me over the past year and I would highly recommend them. They are quick and professional. I will continue to utilize for all my tree pruning needs.

Adams Environmental trimmed 4 large oak trees in my front yard. James (owner) trimmed them back so nice and even trimmed some extra off of one tree as I requested at the end of the job. He and his son were both professional, courteous, hard working, and aimed to please. The job was huge but they did it all in a day and a half including cleanup. They did not leave any debris behind. It was amazing how fast and efficient they work….they don’t mess around. The trees look great and allows my grass to get more sun now. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend Adams Environmental. James also removed two large oak trees 3-1/2 years ago and I was very pleased with that job too. 😊

Effective and fast ....

I use Pedro ((PSR) for all of my lawnvare needs. He is very reliable and does great work. He has very good prices and I am always amazed at what he does for the price I pay. I have almost an acre an a half and I could not keep it looking good without Pedro!!!
