These guys really made me feel taken care of. It was an A+ experience from the time I called to the time I was back to cooling again. And best of all? They were fast. There is NOTHING WORSE than sweating in the Florida heat when your AC goes down, and Advanced Air Care were out within the hour and had me cooling again within two hours. I felt like the team here had my best interests in mind and didn't just try to cram a new system down my throat. I really liked how the tech presented the information to me by telling me the minimum I needed to do to get my AC cooling again, and what I could do to prevent another breakdown in the near future.

I had my blower motor go down and Advanced Air sent someone earlier than scheduled. The tech was honest and thoughtful. Clear pricing was stated. I opted for the most expensive fix to keep OE parts. The tech had to go buy the parts and come back and still got my system fixed and running efficiently again. Nobody better in Tallahassee and surrounding areas to use than Advanced Air Care. Very good service and honest company. Thank you!!
