Red Bud Landscaping & Irrigation

So this has been a 2 year problem that our lawn maintenance guy finally said we have to do over. We hired RedBud to redo our landscaping in the front yard. We had lava rocks down. We learned shortly after the job was finished that they did not pull up the previous ground covering but put weedmat on top then dropped a little soil over and put jasmine on top. The jasmine still hasn’t rooted because it has no where to go. The rocks he used for our design were scrap rock . While finishing the job we noticed water poolong on the side of our home. We had two other jobs taking place at the same time. Both contractors pointed it out and said Red Bud should fix it since it didnt start until they were in the area. Of course they refused to fix the drain. I wanted to take the repair out of the final payment but we paid it and chalked it up to a lesson learned. I decided to leave a review because after being away for 2 weeks our lawn company contacted us saying we have to redo the entire area Red Bud landscaped. Their efforts to work around the problem Red Bud created is futile. Contacting Red Bud's owner has been troublesome. He blames us for lack of maintenance when we have a lawn company that manages our yard, a fertilizer company and we are in our yard often. We are disappointed in the response but it is what it is. Hope this saves someone else from this stress.
