I highly recommend Integrity AC. I had a great experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful. We had an emergency and the technician Ivan was on site almost immediately. We were brand new customers and they treated us like family.

I was referred to Integrity AC by my neighbor when I first moved in. Integrity AC has serviced my unit for 6 years. I have found Brandon to be fair, trustworthy, responsive, honest, and his company’s pricing is affordable. Brandon stands by his work. Lori the office manager is friendly and schedules service appointments quickly. I have reached out to her & Brandon on the weekend (non office hours) and they both unexpectedly responded (I expected a call back the next business day). 5 stars all day for Integrity AC.

Fast and honest service. I had a 2 year old unit stop cooling so I called the company that originally installed the unit to check it out. They told me it was a capacitor and I had to wait a week for the part that was covered under warranty, or I could pay $700 for one the same day that was not covered under the warranty. I cant go a week in the summer without air, so I called Integrity AC for a second opinion. Lori said Ivan could stop and give an opinion at the end of the day. In the meantime, Lori actually found the "covered under warranty part" at a local supply warehouse and Ivan installed it for a service fee. A fraction of the $700 quote from the guys who say "you dont need new until we say you do". Its good to know there are honest people out there. I'll never use anyone but Integrity AC.

Ivan was able to come out the same day and arrived when promised. Very professional and knowledgeable.
He could not give a quote at the time as he said the front office would provide it which they did promptly.
We really appreciate the military discount, friendly staff and great price!

After a text discussion of our AC issue we were able to schedule a a next day appointment. Brandon was able to identify the problem and within 30 minutes all was repaired. Thanks Brandon!! Thanks Integrity AC!!

Excellent service from both Lori and Brandon. Lori is great at returning my calls or messaging me when I have questions. Something *many* companies do not do well! She is kind and efficient. Brandon has more knowledge about HVAC systems than anyone I've ever met, and he's probably half the age of most "experts"! Plus, he never rushes a job. I don't feel like he has somewhere more important to be. He explains everything in detail. I am really grateful for the integrity that both Lori and Brandon have shown me.

We had a major issue come up 2 days after another company serviced our AC and Condenser units. No cold air and Condenser was continuously running, it wouldn't shut off till the breaker was flipped to the off position. I called Integrity AC and explained our situation. They were scheduled to arrive late afternoon that day and actually arrived 2 ½ hour early, Thank God. Our Technician discovered the problem in about 30 minutes or so and within a couple hours our system was up and running. It was awesome. They are coming back in a few days to make sure everything is working correctly and to do a couple other things to keep it running better. Thank you for great service.

I setup a preventative maintenance plan with the folks at Integrity.

We set this up weeks ago to match my crazy schedule for 9:00am today. I received a text at 8:30 that Ivan was on his way for my appointment. He pulled up at 8:55….can’t complain about that.

He went through my system from stem to stern. Covered everything. Cleaning what needed to be cleaned. Adjusting what needed to be adjusted. Totally professional.

I’m still happy with the phenomenal service of the Integrity team.

2023 review

Great service, great techs, great response time.

I called these folks at 11:00 pm on the Fourth of July. They called me back before 9:00am the next day. They scheduled a tech to be at my place by 4:00pm.

The tech texted me about 2:30 pm to say he was running early and would be at my home shortly. He arrived and went right to work. He knew his stuff. He had the right diagnostic tools to test my system and zero in on the problem.

He had the new parts on his truck and had my AC back up and running before 4:00pm today, July 5.

In this part of the world, and this part of the calendar, air conditioning is a must have. These folks understand the importance of their job and get it done quickly and efficiently.

I’m happy to say I now have a new team to keep my AC running smoothly.

And to answer the question everyone has on reviews like this, but no one ever speaks of. The cost was very reasonable. $99 for the visit plus parts and labor to install. They didn’t break the bank in repairing my system when the temperature was over 95 today.

And I just received a 17 page service report of his findings in his visit. Less than an hour after he left. Amazing!

Tech Brandon was great as usual. Found and corrected a couple of issues from the original installer.

Called and Lori was helpful and scheduled Service very quickly. Technician was polite and explained his findings and possible issues. I was out of town but the process was seamless - very appreciative of their first-class Customer Service!

Thermostat went on the coldest night of the year. Emailed Lori after hours and she got back to us at 6am, with an appointment scheduled around noon. Service was great and Brandon was extremely professional. Needless to say our family is warm and toasty.😆

THE COMPANY SENT OUT A LONG TIME TECHNICIAN WE'VE KNOWN FOR YEARS WHO DIAGNOSED OUR PROBLEM AND GAVE US ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS UNDER OUR WARRANTY. HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY.

As a snowbird. They came out rite away, and said they will do all possible to repair my unit and not push a new one on me. They repaired unit quickly and gave a detailed email of what they did. Highly would recommend this company. I did eventually need a new unit. Brandon came out and was awesome. Installer Rafael and his partner did a great job. All communication was great. Highly recommend this company.

Came out the same day I called when my AC quit working after getting power back on (hurricane milton).
Was very thorough, did a great job and was able to fix the issue that day. He cleaned extra and was very professional. I appreciated very much that he wore shoe coverings when walking on my brand new carpet, and I didn't have to ask he just did it. He was great and ill use them from now on. Best experience I've had from start to finish with and AC company.

I was looking for a professional AC company that wasn’t going to overcharge or suggest something we didn’t need. A week after install. So far no problems. Blow real cold. Two very professional young men did the good job. Had a few discrepancies about the business wanting 1000 cash for the freon. The young enplyees held their composer as I bitched . Other than that all good.

Fast service, friendly, professional, honest... Really did a great job and follow through with post insulation inspection from Brandon.

This is a company and installation team that is worth paying for.

We have called on Integrity AC twice now and could not be happier with them. They promptly return calls if you leave a voice mail, and we were pleased both times that a service technician was able to come to our house quickly. Ivan (our service tech) is pleasant, thorough and very competent. As new owners of this home, our heat pump had been installed by a different company, but Integrity AC looked up the serial number to see if it was still under warranty...it was, and that saved us $600. We are grateful to have had a neighbor recommend Integrity AC, and we are happy to recommend them as well!
