    Update Nov 2025 : the unit finally gave up the magic smoke Air Shield still knocked it out of the park, came in and diagnosed the power issues and lack of production; replacements in bound and in a timely manner no less ; 10/10 for Carrie and her very quiet associate once again! July 2025 10/10 for Carrie and her very quiet associate…lol Carrie was highly knowledgeable about the field and provided nothing but the facts and information needed… No pushy upsales etc… Our 3 units are 21 years old and they were still able to service and provide the proper PM for them…
